They were really kind. I arrived one day late due to a flight cancellation and they didn’t charge me the night. It’s really conveniently located, breakfast offered as a courtesy.

The bathroom is almost like in a plane but the room was spacious enough.

This hotel is very close to Shinagawa station, which was very welcome after a long flight then train ride from Narita Airport. It is very convenient for the Shinkansen train also. It served its purpose well.

The hotel is non smoking but there was a very strong smell of stale cigarette smoke in the corridor. It wasn’t a problem as we only stayed for one night. The breakfast options were very limited (unless you like eating lunch and dinner foods for breakfast) but it was “free”. The pastries and coffee were all we needed.

Location is very good, close to Shinagawa Station, with restaurants, 7-eleven, food court and a large 110 yen store nearby. It has free of charge lockers for storing luggage after check out.

The twin bed room is small but it still includes a desk, 2 chairs and a tea table. I like that it has a big window sill where I can put and lay open a large suitcase.

Located right in front of Shinagawa Station. Very convenient for both Shinkansen (bullet trains) and Haneda Airport (domestic and international flights).

I wish they served Japanese breakfast even if it is only white rice, miso soup, and seaweed. In-room fridge made a lot of noise, and I had to turn it off in order to sleep.

Convenient access to Shinagawa Station. Easy to access from Haneda airport. Convenient to navigate the city and is on a quiet location. They have a very proper gym on the premises, well maintained and equipped, big plus if you book this hotel because they advertise a gym, they definitely delivered. Room is ok, a bit tight, but is what you expect in Japan. Check in and check out were very smooth. The small shops on the first floor that connect both towers are very varied and convenient. Not the typical touristy stuff is offered.

This side of Shinagawa Station is a bit on the quieter area. Not many izakayas, or late night places that are open. Need to walk to the other side to find something. Only the 711 at the bottom of the hotel.

Location is great as it is a 5-min walk across from Shinagawa train station (JR). We chose to stay here mainly for this reason. As Haneda has express train (Keikyo) to this station, reached within 20 minutes on the limited express one. We stayed at north tower, and at 1/B level there are several Japanese restaurants. We tried one of them, excellent!! The lounge access on 17/F is nice and there is simple buffet breakfast which is adequate. Staff were attentive.

Room is a tad small from N. American standard, but pretty much expected in Tokyo area. The heat is on, but we needed to open windows to get some fresh air (January 2025, cold spell of about 5-8 degrees C outside).

Best feature is location: right across the street from Shinagawa Station. Can’t beat that. Breakfast (included) was worth having at the hotel. My partner usually avoids buffet style breakfasts but we enjoyed this one.

Didn’t realise we had a double bed; it was one night, we made do with less shoulder room than usual. But having the bed pushed against a wall meant one of us had to clamber off the end of the bed to get out. If you like space (in a room, bed, bathroom or toilet) it’s worth shelling out for a larger room. If you haven’t left it too late to book one!

If you aren't intending to stay in the hotel too much, this is great for location and connectivity.

The breakfast promotion. While signing up, they said complimentary breakfast but this was a very simple business breakfast with 3-4 hot items.

classy styled room. big double bed a stone throw away from Shinagawa station. 10 minute taxi ride to Haneda airport, which is why i chose this hotel as our last accommodation before flying out of Japan. we had access to its business lounge so we had free coffee and other drinks the whole day. the lounge also has massage chairs which we could use for 30 mins at a time.

lacking of toiletries. rom only comes with a free toothbrush

Free breakfast was nice and just right. Very efficient and easy. Hotel location very convenient as it is directly opposite Shingawa station. There are plenty of restaurants and facilities right on the doorstep.

Room was a little small and there wasn't much space to hang clothes. Bathroom also small but it was ok for a single person.
