The hotel was excellent. While we were there the bar and pool were closed but that is a seasonal thing. The hotel is right on the beach so we woke up to a beautiful sunrise every morning. There is also a free shuttle bus to Kawazu train station. Having access to the onsen was wonderful. I went in the morning and last thing at night. I would happily stay here again.

A short walk from Shinagawa station. OK sized room for Tokyo standards. As usual, everything worked. Could even open the window (takes some experience to do it) and listen to all the trains pass by.

The bathroom was micro. The step up (and down) to get in our out of the bathroom module was a bit much, given the tight spaces. The immediate neighborhood is sterile. The wifi password is ON YOUR TV STUPID. I didn´t see that, so went all the way down to ask.

Arrived very late due to a delayed flight but the staff still helped me. The room was everything that was needed, but nothing more. Free breakfast in the morning looked ok. The bed was very firm but this could be a downside for many people. Close to Shinagawa Station for quick transport.

If you don't like a hard bed, this hotel could be a problem for you. The mattress felt thin. I couldn't find any amenities in my room or in the reception.

Easy 5 min walk from the station, especially good for a one night stay before getting the shinkansen. Room is on the small side (as expected for Tokyo) but comfortable and perfect for a solo traveller with not much luggage. Clean and quiet, really all one can ask for after a long flight!

Everything else. The room was efficient in the little space it had. Plus, great location for taking the train station.

The mattress was quite firm and there is only one elevator, so it got quite busy and took awhile.

The location was right across Shinagawa station which was perfect to travel from, staff was really helpful even tho my Japanese wasn’t that well, checkin was easy

Train station makes noises all the time

Excellent location next to Shinagawa station for easy access around the city. Very clean room with new towels provided daily. Vending machine inside which was convenient. Staff were great.

The breakfast is not great but it gets the job done and it’s free. The pillows are a little stiff.

Just like other Toyoko Inns. Good location and good price with small but comfortable rooms.

Breakfast venue is very small. Also breakfast used too much plastic cutlery.

Check-In & Check-Out were all convenience by using their machine. Quite fast and no take time.

The bath-hub size was a little narrow. And in the rush time in the morning (8.00am-9.00am), there are in queue to wait for the elevator until available by waiting more than 10-15mins longer.

Basic but very clean, good location and cheap hotel.

Lift is always busy in the morning. I tried to go by steps but lack of information, I couldn’t get it how to use steps.
