Great room, more spacious than others I've had in Tokyo. Desk and chair were nice to have. Very helpful staff, who loaned us umbrellas one day when it poured with rain and who were happy to store our luggage for several hours the day we left. Nearest station is Gotanda on the JR Yamanote Line, which is very convenient because trains on this line go to Shinjuku, Shibuya, Tokyo and many other sights - so no need to change trains. Well-stocked supermarket one block away and many restaurants and convenience stores close by

There’s a nearby conbini. We already tried the other branch in Mt. Fuji that’s why we are sure that our stay will be okay here. We are used to 12nn checkout. The checkout here is 11am so almost run of time but they didn’t charge us extra. Thank you for giving considerations.

There’s 2 Gotanda branches. The other one is in nearby train station that’s why the taxi driver we rented was confused and send us to the wrong branch from the airport.

Basic comforts. Convenient area, Lawsons is next door, station isn't too far. Staff are extremely helpful!

The pillows were very hard. There are two MyStays in Gotanda. We got confused with the one closer to the station, which looked a lot nicer. Our MyStays hotel was a bit more of a walk to the station.

The room was perfect as described in booking.com. I would totally recommend this if you are travelling for work

The room has everything I needed for the trip. There is no need for any extras. no breakfast was included and there wasn't a lobby space to do work, but it was ok.

Great location and reasonable price - only ten min walk from Gotanda station. Easy to get around Tokyo. Microwave available in lobby was useful. Practical and convenient stay.

It was fine but confusing at the start since there is a second MyStays Gotanda directly at the station so luckily we took a taxi and he had the address but google maps didn't distinguish. Small typical room but difficult for the person next to the window to get out of bed without disturbing the other person.

Great location for easy access to Tokyo station, Shibuya and Shinjuku, and with multiple other easy connections. Located on a nice street with plenty of shops and cafes but quiet at night.

The room we stayed in was really small and with two bags each it made it hard to be comfortable but it's common in Tokyo and it was a good value for money after all.

its near the station, meguro river with sakura trees, convenience store and matsuya restaurant and several other restaurants. its quiet and the front desk speaks english and they assisted me transport my big luggage to our hotel in Osaka. they also do everyday cleaning. there is also a coun laundry just 3 min walk from the hotel. the front desk gave me a map as guide.

the bath tub overflow drain is dirty. I think they miss cleaning that. but its ok because we didn't use bath tub. not a big deal. overall we loved our stay.

Close to the Yamanote line, so easy to get around the city. It’s clean, the staff is very friendly and helped us out with a few things. It’s a quieter neighborhood, but Shibuya is only a few stops away by train, and there’s plenty of restaurants and coffee shops around.

Mostly minor things only, the duvet is tiny for two people our size, for which staff kindly offered an extra blanket. And the fridge is more like a freezer. Ah, and the shower is minuscule.

Great location in Gotanda about 5-10 mins walk from the station. My room was the top floor which was quiet at night. Also had an actual window which is great if you want to air out your room. Rooms had an air purifier with humidifier which helps during those dry winter nights.

Typical small sized room in Japan so just be ready

The staff had wonderful English, I wish my Japanese was better! It was very clean and very comfortable

Only think I could think of was I drink coffee in the morning and there was tea provided instead, but that is just me 😊
