The location was perfect, as we could easily access the heart of Tokyo without fighting the crowds all the time. We had an amazing view of the city from our room, and it was a very comfortable stay. The extra laundry machines also made access to laundry a bit easier. Lastly, the access directly to the train station was absolutely one of the best features.

The elevator would stop at the lobby every time we went up or down, which was a minor inconvenience. There was also no safe to put our belongings, which meant we had to carry a couple of extra things. Other than that, it was a great stay.

Location was great right next to Yamamoto line and convenient for travel connections. Breakfast was really good value and more intimate setting compared to some of the other big chains. Room like most of Japan was exceptionally clean. Staff were very polite and helpful.

The lift / elevator keeps opening at reception on 4th floor even when you don’t need to stop there. This didn’t bother us but might be more annoying for the staff who always had to greet customers even if it was just because the lift doors opened.

The property is easily accessible to Osaki Station which is close to Shibuya and Shinagawa. It is in a new business district and is connected to new buildings which house a variet of stores and restaurants. because it is not in the main busy parts of Tokyo the atmosphere is rather laid back

No easy access to transit between Haneda or Narita Airports. Bus services are currently suspended departing from Osaki Station. if you have a lot of luggage need to get to Tokyo City Air Terminal to catch buses to airport…about a $35 to $40 taxi ride. Hotel staff should be better versed on transpiration options especially for international travelers

Room The room is clean, and its size is suitable for two people with two large pieces of luggage. The bathroom is compact. Staff All the staff are very helpful, and almost all of them can speak English. Location The location is excellent; it's behind Trustpark Tower (theres shortcut to level 2 Hotel), which has many restaurants. If you're lucky, sometimes there's a bazaar in that tower where you can find many local delicacies. It's also very close to OSAKI station (only 3 stations to Shibuya and one station to Shinagawa via JR), with an easy train route to Haneda airport. Price The price is very reasonable considering the location, room size, and staff services.

The Gym and Swimming Facilities To access these facilities, you need to register for their club and pay a certain fee. Self-Laundry It's quite expensive, and I think its better to provide separate washing and warming machines. This is because sometimes the hybrid machine leaves the laundry still wet, and you may have to pay an additional amount of yen for additional drying.

Fantastic location. It takes less than a five minute walk to Osaki station, which is part of the Yamanote Line. So you can get to places like Shibuya in 15 minutes. Rooms were clean and included AC, bathtub, TV, fridge and large bed. Staff was very friendly and it was also easy to communicate in English.

Highly recommend! This hotel made our holiday that much more enjoyable. We are a family of 3 and the room we booked was 27m2 which was spacious and comfortable. The facilities were great, best location we’ve stayed in by far with Ōsaki station within a 3 min walk. It was definitely value for money. Will be staying here from now on every time we’re in Tokyo!

If I had to pick one thing, maybe a normal iron and board would be much more straight forward to use than the one provided.

We ate breakfast on our first morning in the restaurant but ate breakfast at a nearby restaurant for the rest of our stay. Not that the food was bad but the restaurant had a lot more variety. The great staff even took time away from their duties to assist us at the Laundry. The rooms were clean and well-kept. The location was still a bit further than we expected, but the train station was close to our daily commute.

I can't think of anything we disliked about this hotel. Everything was great.

Overall an excellent stay mainly because of the excellent staff! Very friendly and efficient! Loved the location so close to train station & great shops. Plus the fitness centre below great too.

The bed was quite firm - firmer than what I am used to. And only 1 pillow on the bed. Would love 2 pillow please and the option for a cloud topper on the bed. Would pay extra for that.

I made a mistake booking a smoking room, and asked the staff if it could be switched to a non-smoking one. Since it's full, I could only move on night 4 (stayed for 8 nights in total). The staff were very helpful to accommodate this. The location is perfect, the entrance on the 2nd floor is connected to Osaki Station which is in the Yamanote Line. So very convenient.

This hotel is connected to Osaki Station which was a great plus for us and easy access to the hotel. If you take the "South Exit", that will lead you to the walkway bridge and you'll walk though 'think park' plaza to get to the hotel. It's super easy and would definitely stay here again. The hotel was able to hold our luggage for early check in / late check out so definitely use this service instead of storing luggage at Tokyo Station.
