Location was very close to two train stations. It made commuting quick and easy. Check in was easy and front desk was very friendly. They have also have complimentary fountain drinks and breakfast. If you order a wifi device delivered to your hotel, the front desk is also good about making sure you receive your packages. Even on the hottest summer day, the AC unit was enough to keep the room ice cold. If you opt to not have your room cleaned, the cleaning staff is good about making sure you have fresh towels etc everyday. They leave them hanging on your door. They were also very friendly, always wishing me a good morning as we headed out.

We had a room with a bunk bed, which took up most of the space. If you have a full size suitcase, there's not a lot of room to fully open it up.

Room was impeccably clean and had a multi-charger (very convenient). Good Wi-Fi, hearty breakfast, laundry room with coin washers and tumble dryers. There's a communal hot tub, too, open from 3pm until morning. Room access using a PIN, also convenient.

My room was a little small and faced the street, which would get noisy in the morning. I had to keep the window shut and A/C on.

Very Good service and staffs are very kind and helpful. Onsen for all night times, Japanese breakfast for free, drinks are also free for whole days whenever we want. Amenity goods are also very variable. Location is also perfect to stay because there are some traditional places to visit such as temples etc. various restaurants are also there for dinners very close. There are some stations nearby and depending on places to visit, you can go to another stations or use busses.

There is no point we did it like

Hotel was walking distance to Aomono Yokocho station. Reception was very modern and staff was extremely kind. She gave me a quick tour of the lobby upon checking in, like how they have an indoor hot spring! They also had a lot of free amenities such as skincare, facemasks, bath bombs, etc. aside from the regulars. You also have the choice of your pillow type if you prefer soft or hard ones. Room was spacious enough and had a great view. In the morning, I had some breakfast and it was delicious, had great variety of Japanese and Western cuisine. Check-out was also a breeze. Will definitely come back again!

located next to a station in a cute neighborhood. Easy access to the property and we were provided with toiletries and had a wonderful onsen. Breakfast buffet was provided in the morning which was yummy and convenient.

The onsen did not allow tattoos. Something to keep in mind when booking if you have any.

The hotel has a lot of services and free amenities including a common bath with onsen. It’s a little far from the center of Tokyo metro area but it’s close to a train station and a metro station and it’s quite easy to reach more turistic areas.

I’ve travelled in July and the weather was very hot: although the rooms have A/C, the hallways were even hotter than outside at certain times, so leaving the room felt a bit suffocating.

The everyday housekeeping was good. Everyone was so nice and lovely. The free amenities that were provided to us. Having a onsen was nice! Free drinks and breakfast buffet was yummy. When checking out you can just leave by putting a sign on your door. Close to aomono-yokocho station. Food restaurants near hotel.

Our small the rooms were but that's standard in Toyko. Not much TV option for foreigners.

We liked the public bath, also that we got clean towels even if we didn’t ask for the cleaning. Very unique that you could choose your own pillow based on your preferences. Nice Japanese breakfast.

The bed was comfy.

Tattooed people are not allowed in the public bath. I know that it is a common situation in Japan but I would have appreciated a little note on Booking about it because our previous hotel in Tokyo actually did allow tattooed guests in the public bath so I assumed that this one did as well.

The staff are very polite and accommodating. Food served is so tasty and fresh. Rooms and common areas are very clean. The location is close to the train station which is convenient.

Room is small, we could hardly open our luggages.
