Small & Compact room. Convenient down stairs area for breakfast and was also able to use throughout the afternoon and evening. Rooms were cleaned everyday. Option to choose your own pillow from a selection of pillow types neatly stored in a convenient area located opposite the lift when heading of to your room. Hot and cold drink machines were accessible 24/7. Complimentary bathroom products were also available opposite the reception desk. Train and bus services were easily accessible. 5-10 minute walk from the property. Small convenient store was located just across the road from the property. Many other convenient store shops also a short walk from the property. Plenty of local restaurants located by a short walking distance from the property. Staff were always welcoming and polite.

No dislike comment.

The rooms were very spacious for Japan standards and we had plenty of room to place our luggage. The bathroom was a bit on the smaller side and my partner couldn't sit straight on the toilet, which was a shame. The breakfast was incredibly nice and gave us a good start on the day. The area around the hotel is nice and quiet and gave us a taste for a more local atmosphere. There were supermarkets nearby and some of them were open until 00:00.

The sound of the bathroom vent was very loud and it couldn't be turned off, this kept us up longer than we would've liked on some nights. The hotel is also not really close to any good train stations and we often had to walk further to a next station to have better connecting lines. This wasn't as big of a problem but definitely something to think about depending on what you want to visit.

Lovely breakfast provided that had a good variety of options. The onsen on site was a treat, especially after a long day of travel, and the complimentary products provided were great. In the evening, they provide complimentary drinks, which were enjoyable. Quiet atmosphere and helpful staff. We were allowed to pay a small amount for a late check-out, which was very helpful to our group. There are a few shops within close range to the hotel, as well as a selection of restaurants along a quaint little street.

An interleading room would have been good for us, as our daughter was in the room next door to us. However, an extra payment was required for us to have the door between the rooms unlocked, which seemed to be a bit unreasonable.

Breakfast was great! Many tasty choices, many fresh breads, tasty soups, meats, salads, etc. Very nice coffee machine. Also a nice drink dispenser with juice, soda, etc. Our room had a bunk bed set up. Room is small but very efficiently designed so worked very well for our needs. Most efficient bathroom design I have ever seen! Tub was small but deep. Products provided were natural and organic.

After the rain, sidewalks around hotel were a little slippery.

This was a nice hotel on a street with a few other restaurants. I took advantage of the sento (its city water so its not an onsen). It is small but a good staring point if you wish to emerge yourself into the culture. Staff was friendly and breakfast was a nice option to get you going in the morning. This is a business hotel but there were several foreign tourists there with us.

I love the Super Hotel in Shinagawa because it was in a very quiet area and away from the hustle and bustle of Tokyo. Also for our travel needs it was perfect because we wanted to explore a non touristy area of Tokyo but close to yummy restaurants and the Shinagawa Train station. Also the staff were very friendly and lovely. Good coffee and yummy breakfast.

Maybe the bathroom was a bit small but if you are out and about is the perfect bedroom with a more than adequate bathroom.

I enjoyed available onsen, it was nice that you could pick a wanted size pillow for yourself, staff was very friendly and helped me as much as they could. There were a lot of different free drinks and even open bar for few hours.

Breakfast could have been more diverse. As I stayed more than one night I had to eat the same thing every morning (and I'm not picky).

I had asked before I went about vegan/vegetarian options and they said they didn't have anything, BUT when I was there for breakfast there was a lot to choose from in salads, toast and cereal - it would be great if they offered soy or oat milk instead, but it was very good EVEN for plantbased eaters. The pillows for women was nice, but I wonder WHY only for women?

the shared bath was not hot enough which was dissappointing so there wasn't a need to go to the public bath instead of using the smaller bath in your room

Amazing personable hotel, we really felt at home. The rooms were very small, but all the rest was perfect. The breakfast was quite good and abundant, and drinks were always available even during the day. The staff was so friendly, and the hotel was in a beautiful street full of shops and quite close to two train station. The onsen was also a great experience! The rooms were very silent, we could not hear anything from inside, even when the hotel was completely full. After this trip we went to two other cities and two other hotels, but we missed this one!

The room is small but it's okay if you spend your time visiting the city

The breakfast was nowhere near compared to 7 years ago It was more Japanese inclined before. I stayed at the hotel 7 years ago. The breakfast was more inclined towards western taste and I enjoyed the soup and the pastries a lot. The staff were exceptionally wonderful. The hotel was great. There is a Family mart nearby which is opened 24/7. I used to go snacking at 3 am.

I enjoyed the Japanese breakfast 7 years ago. On this trip I enjoyed the pastries and soup.
