The location is superb, with the train station just across the road and a clean, comfortable room. An AEON department store is conveniently located right across from the hotel. There’s a water dispenser near the elevators and microwaves on the lobby floor, which is very convenient.

The air-conditioning in my room wasn’t working well—sometimes too cold, other times too warm, and occasionally it felt stuffy. Additionally, although it’s a large hotel, there are only five washing machines and two dryers in the basement, so there’s often a queue.

Staff were really nice. Had 5 laundry machines that did 30mins for a load, vending machine with laundry powder for sale. Only 2 dryers that seemed pricey, but did 2 rounds of 7 mins for 200yen on highest heat and the hung in room to finish drying. I read reviews that the WiFi was poor, I gave it a gamble and didn’t take wired cable, turned out to have fantastic WiFi on the 17th floor and could stream videos and do zoom calls no problem! Amenities were quite good, had liquid creamer so could make an acceptable tea with milk. Location super close to station, convenient for Big Sight etc. next to Aeon mall - ground floor has big supermarket - discounted food every day from around 5pm. Easy bus to Shinagawa station to get Shinkansen. Fast elevator.

The extractor fan for bathroom not that strong. Decided to finish off the laundry drying in the dryer. Stayed 4 nights and even without laundry the room was humid and a bit stuffy.

The hotel is really close to a subway station (just cross the street and you get to the entrance of Shinagawa-Seaside Station on the Kansai Line, which is 2 stations away from Osaki which connects to the Yamanote Line that gets you pretty much anywhere) so it comes really handy when exploring the city. Also there's a open mall just across the street as well with 3 different kombinis, a supermarket and other restaurants and stores which is extremely convenient. The area around the hotel is not busy and it is very relaxing. We were expecting a really small room but it was larger that we expected, we could open our suitcases and walk around with no trouble. The view from the room was pretty nice and the bed was comfortable. The room also have a water heating device for tea/coffee, air conditioning, TV and a small fridge. The bathroom have a shower that also is a bathtub, which is VERY nice when you come back to the hotel after walking a lot. It also have decent equipment and great products available like shampoo, hair conditioner, body and face soaps. You can also gets lots of other amenities in the lobby. The hotel managed to clean our room every day, so we got fresh towels every day and also we got to choose when to change the sheets by placing a card on top of it when leaving the room. Also the hotel gives you pijamas and disposable slippers to use every day. There's a cold water fountain near the elevators on each floor so you don't have to buy water bottles every day. Also there are 2 vending machines in the lobby (beverages and ice cream) which comes handy sometimes. The front desk staff were REALLY nice, even if they coudn't speak english fluently, they would find a way to help you with whatever you need. We managed to use the luggage delivery service to the next hotel with no trouble thanks to the staff. The price was the best we get on our whole trip to Japan and we would TOTALLY come back here when visiting again!

We had no complaints about the stay, everything was perfect!

The hotel is clean, the room is quite spacious, easy to get to Rinkai Line Line station, just cross the road, near Aeon mall and Lawson. I like the Hotel Amenities which are skin toner & skin milk that are distributed in the lobby, after using them they smell fresh.

The walls of the room are thin and not soundproof. There is loud conversation from guests in the next room coming into the room, including the conversation of the housekeeper in front of the room coming into the room as well. The smoking room is near the vending machine on the first floor. There is a strong smell, making me not want to use the vending machine and coin-operated ice cream machine in the hotel.

A nice business hotel near the Haneda airport. Despite being near the airport and the busy harbour, the sound cancellation is really good (as long as you keep the window closed.) Their amenities in the lobby are really nice, with a nice citrus smell for the body gel and facewash. The staff are efficient and friendly. Beds are comfortable.

It's a bit far from the city, but great for a day or two before a flight. They keep the heat turned up a bit too high which forces you to either open the window (loud outside) or turn on the air conditioner (loud and wasteful.) I wish they'd turn it down a bit. Their lobby could be more welcoming. There are no tables or comfortable chairs to wait. Just some waiting-room hard chairs on the outside edges and a giant empty space in the middle. It's not very comfortable and cheapens the hotel.

Excellent location as its halfway between Tokyo center and Haneda airport (ideal choice before/after a flight) Close to the metro station.

I am not too bothered as i already knew this from before, but just as an FYI - room sizes are small.

Good Location. Not far from Odaiba Island and Diver city, which are tourist attractions for family. The price of this hotel is cheaper than hotels around Odaiba. Clean room. Washing machine and dryer Located in the basement, the dryer takes 7 minutes for 100 yen and dries very well. Luggage storage room looks safe. Outsiders are not allowed to enter.

There is only one private train Rinkai-line that passes near the hotel. Prices start at 210 yen, which means additional costs for travel into the city. But the station, Shinagawa Seaside Station, is very close to the hotel. Save travel time.

The hotel slightly exceeded my expectations considering the price range. The beds and pillows were comfortable, and everyone had a good rest after a very tiring and chaotic arrival at the airport. The front desk staff was very helpful in assisting us with the air conditioning remote since it was in Japanese. The bathroom was clean, with good water pressure in the shower, and the view from the room was very nice. Multiple transportation options are available to get around.

The bathroom showed some signs of wear and tear, there was a bit of dust in the area where we hung our clothes, and if central Tokyo is your main itinerary, this location will require additional travel time.

We visited as 2 friends for a tournament a week before Golden Week. - Location is really close to the train station - Rooms were well cleaned and organised - Front Desk was ready to speak in English or use a translator - Room was decently priced - Staff was very accommodating

The room was not big enough for 2 people. There is barely enough space to put your bags down if you more than 2 and the bed is in the corner where you need to push it out. If you are simply using it for sleeping its fine but if you have down time in the room it can be uncomfortable

The staff here were so helpful and friendly. They helped us post three of our bags to Hokkaido, one of them were too big to post so they helped us condense it which was very very helpful. We paid for the breakfast and thought it was well worth the money, with lots of options both western style and Japanese style and very healthy. We really liked it. The room was bigger than we expected as we knew rooms in Tokyo would be small but we were pleasantly surprised with how much space we had. We were lucky to get a room in the side with a view of the ocean which was a bonus. Very easy to get to and from the airport and to go into the city centre there was a train station right across the road which was very convenient. The location was nice as it was a little bit out of the busy busy city and being next to the ocean was nice. Also the staff speak good English or will use google translate if they do not understand , we tried our best to use Japanese but they did not mind using English if they could see we were struggling.
