The location was great. Right around the corner from the train station. I liked the breakfast. Variety and good taste.

The only knock I have is the staff and enforcement of checkin time. There was a major typhoon hitting Japan. Our train was cancelled. We have to use an alternate route that required us to stand for 4+ hours of a 5+ hour train ride. We were exhausted and arrived at 3:30 just 30 minutes early. But regardless of how exhausted we were to had to sit in the lobby for another 30 minutes and for what? Seems to me your staff should be empowered to make judgement calls on this considering we were traveling with an infant. The beds were like stone.

Pretty good value. Nothing special in a good way and clean. If the location fits your needs, and you're a budget conscious person this will be a good choice.

My room was in a weird shape that the bed made up 70% of the space leaving an L shape that only fits one person. But my friend had a room with a more convenient layout for the same price. A bit inconvenient when navigating inside the room but not a serious matter. Having more than 2 suitcases may be rough though.

The location is just 1 min from the Aomon-Yokocho station. From Haneda the train is directly to Aomon-Yokocho station. A lot of amenities of very good quality. Breakfast is free and rich. Veet good coffee for free at breakfast. The staff is kind and professional.

The windows cannot be opened.

Wish we had a little more space to open our luggage. Just a little bit more room would have been nice. It was too narrow for two people to be crossing each other.

I loved everything about this place. Just a little more leg room to walk around the bed would have been nice.

Train station is very near, which is only 10m from the hotel. It is convenient especially if you have many luggage. Room is quite small which is very normal for budget hotel in Tokyo. Wake-up phone call (you set by yourself) is very secure in case your phone alarm doesn't work and you have to catch a flight. I stay for 2 times in this hotel. I think I have been upgraded to a slightly bigger room for my second stay. Thanks. The room is on the railway side at 5/F where it has little train noise, but it is ok because I was too tired.

Location location location. Right next to the train station. No issue with noise. And if you’re flying from Haneda next day this is ideal. In 15-20 min you are at the airport. The train station has escalators/elevators so you dont have to carry your bags up/down the stairs.

Bed was a bit firm but not a problem.

A double room, but a bit small for two.

Breakfast very nice. Taxi took us to wrong hotel because there are four of them in same district.

Taxi could not stop at front entrance.

The breakfast wast good. The location is very convenient, a few meters from the train station.

Provide some coffee for drink in the room.
