Considering the proximity to the city centre (plus, the proximity to the nearest train station), the room rate was very low. The room was compact, good enough for one person, got everything I need and works just fine. The breakfast was great with full of choices. Free coffee by the lobby. All staff were nice and helpful. 5 min to the station and lots of shops nearby. The area was surprisingly quiet in the evening, that was a big bonus for me. There were 3 washing machines (with additional charge), seems suitable for a long(er) stay. Would like to come back and stay again.

Water pressure (of a shower) was a bit weak. The room was clean and well-managed, so it didn't bother me but the room was bit aged. But again, as I wrote above, the price was low considering the great location, so it's really fair. I would love to stay here again!

I won't lie, I wasn't really expecting much when I booked this hotel. However, the hotel was quite nice. The room was the size I was expecting but I was traveling solo and it was a base, not the place I intended to spend most of my time. The lobby, amenities, and staff were great. I would definitely stay here again.

The check out time was earlier than I would have liked but they have the ability to pay for a later checkout so it's not a big deal.

Great place especially for the cost, as well as including free breakfast which was delicious. Short walk away from the train station and excellent and polite staff who also spoke english. The bathroom facilities were very clean and came with free shampoo, body wash, shaving foam, and razor

The room was rather small, but it was also just a single bed so it was to be expected. There was a good use of space so as to still be comfortable despite the size.

Location’s convenient to Haneda and central Tokyo. Short walk to Oimachi’s three train lines. Tons of nearby stores and restaurants. Typical Japanese business hotel. Rooms are smallish but well-equipped and immaculate. Service is flawless. Low price. Nice breakfast included.

It is close to Oimachi station and has easy access to Tokyo downtown. The front staff was welcoming and friendly.

The single room is small so a better design and layout of the furniture could go long. A small desk under the tv should be enough. Get rid of the sofa and table in the 10square meters room.

It was clean, comfortable and had the courteous staff that i have ever met. They clean and make the room everyday. Their breakfast was exceptional and had lot variety to choose from. Its a 3 min walk to oimachi station which is next stop to main shinagawa town.

The hotel is about 5 minutes walk from the JR Ooimachi Station. Close to banks, shopping area, ¥100 shop inside Ito yokado and restaurants. Room 202 is a double bedroom but there's no chance that two people have enough space to stay. Small room but clean and tidy. Electric kettle, cup, towels, toiletries also available. There is a self service coffee machine and you can access anytime. The breakfast was great! I do recommend and may book again in future.

Room was small but that's not surprising for many budget hotels in Tokyo.

The bed was large and comfortable, enough room for watching the TV from the bedside with enough space for your items too. The breakfast was satisfying with great variety to taste from.
