The staff is amazing. Very friendly and helpful. Very kind and considerate. Best service I have ever received in my life. I liked being the only foreigner at the hotel because I was in Japan to learn their culture and their language. The location was not a tourist location which I liked because it was quiet and not crowded. I also like to mingle with locals when I travel. I loved how they had loungewear you coukd wear and throw in a hamper when done. I loved that they had cosmetics products like styling gel and shaving cream in the bathrooms and shavers that were constantly replenished.

The breakfast was bland and was the same everyday. The location as a tourist was not always great because the train station next to the location is very large and when you took the subway returning to the location there were 7 floors to climb before ground level. It was sometimes hard to find routes back to the location. The hallway between the capsule room and the bathroom are was too narrow and therefore crowded with traffic. The hallway is also where luggage is located. It made it difficult sometimes to access luggage.

The capsule was really nice and better than most others I've been at. The onsen and sauna were also great. Everything was very clean and getting towels every day is also nice.

I didn't like that it's required to exchange the shoe key with the room key when entering and leaving the hotel. There were several faucets in the onsen which didn't work correctly, because apparently the screw of the handles were a bit loose which made it difficult to use it. I often had to wait quite a while for the elevator, but that's normal considering how many people are staying here.

Good value for the price. Useful services (washing and drying machines, sauna-jacuzzi-bathroom, dining options). Funny squid game feeling.

The "rooms" are closed from 10 AM to 4 PM which is a bit too long. Freely provided stuff (like razors, toothbrushes, combs and paper cups) results in an enormous amount of waste. The stuff does not speak English. They are helpful and try their best, but information exchange is laborious. A little more instruction on the exact location of the entrance of the hotel would be helpful.

The hotel was very clean and in a great location. Plenty of places to eat on the street and close to the train station. I only stayed one night, but there were plenty of amenities for a longer stay. They even have a female-only section of the lounge with manga to read.

The only thing I didn't like was that the entry was confusing for someone who's never been to a capsule hotel before. It's just a room full of shoe lockers where you have to lock up your shoes before taking the elevator up to find the lobby. I thought I was going in some kind of gym entrance before I figured it out. Otherwise, it was great!

Location near food shops, mall, and subway station. Great onsen and sauna experience. Free pajamas, slippers, and toiletries and grooming kits. Superb lounge. Staff very helpful.

None of staff can speak minimal english and all signs and instructions are in japanese. Personal bedside locker too small. Cleaning time is too long (6hours) wherein everyone is forced to leave from 10:00-16:00.

- Clean and comfortable capsule hotel about 1-2 minutes walk from station exit. - Nice aesthetics. Lounge chairs were pretty comfortable. - Good WiFi. - Bed had lockers inside of them, which was convenient. There was an area outside of capsule beds where you could hook your luggage up to a lock. - There’s a regular shower stall on the capsule room floor if you aren’t comfortable taking public showers in the spa. - Location felt like more of a local area, yet is in a pretty central location close to hot spots. Did not see too many tourists around here. There’s also a nice supermarket in one of the big buildings across from the train station. - Three washers and three dryers in spa room. Detergent is provided. - Front desk gives you free slippers if you ask for them.

Good cheap breakfast, has pretty comfortable onsen and will provide disposable amenities for the guests. Despite it being a communal living environment, it is comfortable enough even for the most reclusive traveler.

Hard to find, the entrance is hidden behind a small alley between two bars. Few English speaking staff but helpful non the less. Capsules beds are a bit uncomfortable in the humidity of spring/summer

Quietness of the women's area and rooms. Felt like a silent retreat. People were mindful of each other which was lovely. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great location to get to central Tokyo easily and other places to meet up with friends. Also had area to store luggage using locks. Be prepared to use Japanese, but that's a good benefit for me.

We stayed here before our flight, the stay was very comfortable and had superb facilities. The onsens were nice, we got lounge wear, slippers, all the toiletries one could imagine (didn’t even need to disturb our luggage). Although the staff spoke only Japanese, the checkin and checkout process was very easy. The sleeping area was quite and with the sound of the ventilator it was hard to hear anything else. Beds are not the most comfortable but it does the job. Also, the capsules are gender separated so it may not be ideal for het-couples to do long stays here but common lounging areas are accessible.

The staff is supportive. They can use machine translator to communicate in English. The locker inside the capsule is very convenient. There is changing room for female with full body mirror. Near the station and many bus stops.

Only 1 shower room on the female floor. So you have to either go to the public bath or wait until it's your turn.
