The overall service is better than I have expected. The dinner and breakfast is remakable, served with well displayed local food. Especially enjoy the free flow wine, beer and local sake, a lot of choices. The fruit and vegetable is really fresh and tates well for both meal. I have enjoyed the view from my room and the sky lounge. I also appreciate the drinks and snacks served at the lounge and the relax room next to onsen. The onsen bath is spacious and relaxing. Last but not least, a short walk to 大成池, beautiful and tranquil spot. Good for enjoying the night star.

The air conditioner inside the room could be improved. If shuttle bus service could be arranged from JR station. (For others ref, it takes around 5500 yen taxi from Yonago. And the next day I took another Taxi to とっとり花回廊 （around 4000 yen) to have a walk. After that a free shuttle bus to Yonago is available) (seems a loop bus is also available but only runs on specific days and seasons)

Being away from the city was a bonus. It’s nice and quiet, fresh air and great views. The buffet breakfast and dinner have a lot of variety (alcohol included too!) and the 12th floor offers free drinks and snacks in the afternoon. We will be back again!

Spacious rooms with nice view. Lounge with free amenities. A large spa with sauna and multiple indoor and outdoor baths. Exceptional buffet restaurant. Very likely to return in the future.

The furniture in the rooms are due to a replacement, and could benefit from having thoroughly cleaned. The water from the shower head was so thin, that it felt like I am having a shower with a pack of needles.

Loved the explanations of where the local food came from at the buffets. The Onsen and adjacent rest area were relaxing. The lighting was great! Your front staff is very helpful and we found the luggage storage area to be very convenient.

The lounge was a little dark, and it seems like the store should be open in the mornings before your big tours depart.

The Onsen !! Woww !! The 12th floor lounge with free drinks and snacks, the view is incredible !! The buffet was amaaaazing at night!
