The overall service is better than I have expected. The dinner and breakfast is remakable, served with well displayed local food. Especially enjoy the free flow wine, beer and local sake, a lot of choices. The fruit and vegetable is really fresh and tates well for both meal. I have enjoyed the view from my room and the sky lounge. I also appreciate the drinks and snacks served at the lounge and the relax room next to onsen. The onsen bath is spacious and relaxing. Last but not least, a short walk to 大成池, beautiful and tranquil spot. Good for enjoying the night star.

The air conditioner inside the room could be improved. If shuttle bus service could be arranged from JR station. (For others ref, it takes around 5500 yen taxi from Yonago. And the next day I took another Taxi to とっとり花回廊 （around 4000 yen) to have a walk. After that a free shuttle bus to Yonago is available) (seems a loop bus is also available but only runs on specific days and seasons)

Spacious rooms with nice view. Lounge with free amenities. A large spa with sauna and multiple indoor and outdoor baths. Exceptional buffet restaurant. Very likely to return in the future.

The furniture in the rooms are due to a replacement, and could benefit from having thoroughly cleaned. The water from the shower head was so thin, that it felt like I am having a shower with a pack of needles.

Loved the explanations of where the local food came from at the buffets. The Onsen and adjacent rest area were relaxing. The lighting was great! Your front staff is very helpful and we found the luggage storage area to be very convenient.

The lounge was a little dark, and it seems like the store should be open in the mornings before your big tours depart.

Great onsen, amazing Japanese style room and great late-night lounge with open bar

We had one of the nicest breakfast buffets in Japan. Lots of selections and diversity to pick from. Our spacious room featured enough storage and a breathtaking view of the beach! Although Onsen was great, my wife could not utilise it because of her tattoos.

The bed was awful. When we lay on the old mattress, we could feel the springs. The pillows were awful! The room's wall décor has been taken down; our carpets were brand new, so it appears they were in the middle of renovations. The tap head in the sink was difficult to use because it was too near the basin. The inability to adjust the shower head made taking a shower quite annoying. We ended up utilising all of the towels we would normally use for showering because it flooded the bathroom floor while we were taking a shower.

Spacious and good breakfast

Room was very cold . Temperature outside was 4 degree C but there was no heater in the room. The design of the toilet and the bathroom was unfriendly even though I believe it was to cater get elderly . For example, one can’t brush his teeth without bending very low or sit on a stool . Second, to reach the bath room, one has to climb up a stool . Really very poorly improvised design!
