The breakfast: Great, probably the only place (comparing to where I stayed before) serving breakfast from 5AM. Usually in other places it start at 7. This one was very convenient for me as I had to leave Hotel at 7 and had my breakfast at 6:30. The place itself is quite and location is great. Was too close to my meeting place (10 min).

The WiFi at the premises was terrible, speaking frankly. I think they have to review this. Plus the cellular coverage was weak inside the uilding as well, and I do not know why. They could have at least install the signal duplicator and strengthen the WiFi. That is I think the only remarkable negative side I faced during my stay. Furniture was quite old, but fine. Also, the amenities in room were weak I beleive. They only had few teabags next to the kettle, two sugar packs.

The hotel is in a central location just five minutes walk from the river and close to an Irish bar and cafes. The room was very spacious and comfortable and importantly quiet so I slept well. The manager at reception was very friendly and helpful, assisting me in booking a hotel in Aktobe. All in all the hotel represented good value for what I paid.

The buffet breakfast was poor with a limited selection of food compared with other hotels I used in Kazakhstan.

One of the best options in the city. May be not new, but very comfortable rooms. Located near the river, it's a very good place to have a morning run. Close to all city authorities (for business without need to use a taxi).

Perfectly located in the city, I went there in the past and they improved the quality of equipment. Staff is very helpful, rooms are clean and large.

Location was great, bed big and comfortable, heating worked fine. Staff very kind and helpful. Big room, not very often these days you csn get such a big room for one person.

Hotel furniture is a bit old, also the bath tub was broken, some refurbishment is necessary.

hairdryer is old, keeps turning off, and they do not provide with an alternative one, they literally said “keeps waiting until it turns on”.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was also very convenient. The rooms were large.
