Excellent Stay for Families – Spacious, Clean, and Great Location I stayed at Somerset City Centre Atyrau with my family, and it was a fantastic experience. We had a 100-square-meter apartment with two bedrooms, which was perfect and spacious enough for a comfortable family stay. Honestly, I couldn’t find any other hotel in Atyrau offering this kind of room layout and size. Everything in the apartment was fully functional, and the cleanliness was excellent. The location is also a big plus — we were able to walk to all the places we wanted to visit in the city. I’ve stayed in many hotels in Atyrau, and I can confidently say this is the best option for families. Also, considering the room size and overall quality, the price is very reasonable. Even while researching the hotel online, I could already tell from the photos that it was a good choice — and it truly lived up to expectations. One thoughtful touch I really appreciated was how they still prepared a nice breakfast for us, even though we came down a bit late. It was a kind gesture and left a great impression. In this hotel, ‘Hospitality and helpfulness’ comes first. I would like to especially mention the young receptionist Aizala. Thank you to her and of course to her management for fulfilling my request. The hotel is centrally located near 3 shopping centres. Quite close to the airport. Comfortable and clean rooms, comfortable mattress and good breakfasts. Thank you all, I will definitely pay attention to your hotel chain from now on.

Everything! We have arrived early in the morning and they let us check-in in a huge and very comfortable apartment with washing machine which was extremely useful in our case. The discount at the spa was very appreciated. The breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. The staff at the reception and restaurant area are very professional, we felt the top level service.

Everything. Great and helpful staff. The lady who checked us in, Mariam I believe, was exceptionally nice. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Ordered the food and that was good too. Can’t comment on location as it was raining on the day we stayed, so had to use taxi. Sauna and the pool is a huge bonus (on a rainy day)

The property is very new and clean, the facilities are very convenient, they kitchenette area includes everything you might need for a longer term stay, even a dishwasher, the bathroom is equipped with washer and dryer and even some detergent is provided. The staff is super nice and friendly. We even got a free upgrade for our reservation which added a special touch to our stay.

The shower is rather small and the hot water supply on the 7th floor was inconsistent.

Great hotel very well located in the center of Atyrau. Rooms are spacious, well equipped and very clean. Staff is very friendly and very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and can only recommend the hotel.

It has everything that you need in the apartment. All the equipment was high class quality, washing powder was even provided and washing liquid. Very comfortable stay, very clean apartment, no bad odours, i would say 5 star apartment
