In this hotel, ‘Hospitality and helpfulness’ comes first. I would like to especially mention the young receptionist Aizala. Thank you to her and of course to her management for fulfilling my request. The hotel is centrally located near 3 shopping centres. Quite close to the airport. Comfortable and clean rooms, comfortable mattress and good breakfasts. Thank you all, I will definitely pay attention to your hotel chain from now on.

The property is very new and clean, the facilities are very convenient, they kitchenette area includes everything you might need for a longer term stay, even a dishwasher, the bathroom is equipped with washer and dryer and even some detergent is provided. The staff is super nice and friendly. We even got a free upgrade for our reservation which added a special touch to our stay.
The shower is rather small and the hot water supply on the 7th floor was inconsistent.

Clean, quiet hotel with own kitchenette , central location, close to grocery store and cafes nearby . Friendly staff at reception and restaurant.
More hot meals for breakfast buffet. The rest is good .

It has everything that you need in the apartment. All the equipment was high class quality, washing powder was even provided and washing liquid. Very comfortable stay, very clean apartment, no bad odours, i would say 5 star apartment

Cleanliness
The shower door seals were not the best , room 807 needs fixing as they leak and also the drain is slow, so you had to stop your shower to let it drain

Everything was pleasant, comfortable and clean. Enjoyed the SPA area, including the fitness and the swimming pool. The most important, friendly and cheerful staff!
The lobby looks rather small, not sure of children’s entertainment availability and of co-working zone. The last minor thing, not too comfortable pillows in the bed linen.
