The hotel is brand new and fresh, clean. The room was big and with a big comfortable bed. I like the work of housekeeping service, unfortunately dont remember her name, tall lady with short brown hair, she was very polite and helpful from housekeeping. The manager Timur was helpful and solved the issue operative.

First when I arrived hotel entrance was very cold, freezing as the doors were opening, in winter time the hall shall be warm and the reception staff needs to have training, in general not bad. And the breakfast variety.

Food in the restaurant was amazing!

The carpet on the second floor is not in good condition, I nearly fell. The hotel room booking system is not connected to booking.com, and I had to show my reservation on the cell phone, the show again to the back to back. I booked room by low rate using the booking app, and it seems like the staff didn't recognize me as a proper guest for that reason.

Very good size of room! temperature inside!!! it was not cold or hot! Good shower and water temperature( no need to wait for warm water)!!! Good personal! Breakfast wasn’t to much, but good prepared! Spa service was very Good as well! thanks

Location was great. Rooms clean and breakfast was nice.

It was little dark inside the hotel. I didn't like the design of the hall.

The Hotel is fantastic, very friendly staff, good kitchen. The room was always clean. Additional bed was provided very quickly. In general it was beyond our expectations. I would recommend Ramada to my friends and colleagues.

What I didn't like not relate directly to Ramada but I think I should mention it here. We had a dinner at "Gruzinka" restaurant and service there was very slow.

the hotel is fine and services are nice and according to the price paid. The location is great, close to the mall.

The room was extremely hot, no AC working, if the window is open the traffic is very loud so it's impossible to sleep. They need to leave the opportunity to guest to switch on the AC also if it's winter because the rooms are exposed to the sun and when you enter the room inside is over 30C, without heaters on. It's difficult to sleep when is too hot. They could give 2 towels for the shower that woudl be better than just one.

Clean rooms, good breakfast and great room service.

Staffs are a lot laid back. Took almost 15 minutes for the bill during the checkout, which eventually was sent two days after the follow up. Dinner came after 80 minutes)) thought they forgot the order.

Nice personnel. Quality facilities. Location seems to have a bright future - a newly developing district.

Small things might need more attention from the owners - Wi-fi quality, dark lights and untuned piano in the lobby, deposit for mini-bar (do we really need it?). And please, do not use two single mattresses to make one double. I felt it with my bones and didn’t like at all.
