The staff are warm and welcoming. You get a sense that they enjoy their jobs and they actually go the extra mile to make you feel at home. The Ala Carte breakfast at the Terrace breakfast was amazing. The black forest cake was very moist and well done. Happy hour at the bar by beach was definitely a moment to remember. The cocktails were delicious. The team at Mvua Spa are knowledgeable about the range of massage options. I was very happy with the hydrotherapy as well.

When we checked in, the lights had gone off and the generator wasn't working but gladly the issue was resolved within an hour or two.

Staff at the hotel were welcoming and generous in helpfulness. They seemed delighted to host us. I liked the rooms facing the garden, they had privacy and lemons growing outside!!! Beach was beautiful and expansive... security was also assured. They. were generous with late checkout - Thank you

Well designed facility, some components are showing the effect of time and wear and tear. Not all foods and drinks on the menu were available.

Best vacation in Kenya. We have visited Kenya many times, been to Mombasa and Diani before but this resort is our best experience among them all. The location is great, secluded, the Indian Ocean is in front of the resort. The food was AMAZING! We booked all inclusive and did not regret at all. When we wanted more premium drinks and food, we paid extra. But the all inclusive has fair food and drinks list, not bad. The staff are also amazing, they are used to deal with foreigners but do not treat locals differently either. Raphael at the bar, Laura and Zawadi at the restaurant and Alice from housekeeping are outstanding! Great experience! We will come back with our friends next time.

- Beach boys, but ok, there is nothing much the hotel can do about them. - It will be great to look after the cleanliness of some of the cushions in the seating areas and the sofa in the room. They need to be refreshed often.

The breakfast had a very wide selection of food, and it was all very fresh and tasty. The pool area is nice and sufficient for the number guests during the stay.

On certain evenings where there were more guests, the kitchen couldn't keep up with the orders. In the room, the mosquitonets didn't close properly giving easy access for the insects....

Pools were good. We enjoyed ala carte menu in the beach restaurant Onda.

We couldn’t enjoy walking on the beach because beach boys and other sellers were always interfering and disturbing. It took a lot of the enjoyment we were planning to have there. We are usually spending time in Mombasa are and probably go there in the future, not Malindi. The Wi-Fi of the room was unstable. The balcony of the room was facing a nearby street and the view was not good.

I can not give a better rate to the amazing time I had at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and gentle and the whole facilities were in state of the art, from the restaurants, pools and the room. If I come back for sure I will not stay in another place.

My husband and I, enjoyed our holiday. From the services, reception and meal, it was outstanding. The service from Jimmy, Hillary and Florence was phenomenal.

The nearby hotel Friday music was abit distraction. It's good to regulate time on what time the music start and end.

Very good high class quality and variety. Olives, cheese, homus, homemade jams and scalable hot breakfast were my extras.

Please add Yogurts in small portion’s and variety, grapes

I stayed in a junior suite double. The room was very spacious, very clean. In a few hotels I've stayed at the coast, they really limit how much drinking water you get which is strange given how dehydrated one gets. At Diamonds, they were quite generous with drinking water and I really liked that. ALL the staff were all very smiley, helpful and super polite, from reception (florence), housekeeping, restaurant, conference facilities managers. Immediately, I raised an issue, it was addressed in less than 10 minutes.

There is really nothing that I did not like. For the price that I paid, my expectations were exceeded. Totally coming back!

All staff members exceeded our expectations as they anticipated our needs and never forgot our requests. Multiple course meals were always served without delay. Swimming pool was cleaned every day. Beach toilets were clean and there were not many visitors at the hotel. People were extra friendly and attentionate. The Saturday Gala dinner was a proof of Chef’s excellent cooking skills : lamb broth, different salads, land leg, spicy sauces. The decoration was magical and it was a front-sea party. Staff was very organised and showed a good example of team work on daily basis. Cocktails always with fresh local fruits : very important to us. :) Housekeeping very efficient.

Wine list could include more good wines. Breakfast could be served later than until 10, especially on weekends. Staff should warn guests on beach boy activities and explain to take no goods to the public beach.
