A fair priced hotel in a good location 10 minutes walk from the Central plaza. The room was big though not a lot of room once the two beds are taken into account. Breakfast was one of the better ones we've had. I have listed a few complaints but to be honest they didn't overly detract from an enjoyable stay.

I know we're supposed to talk the local language (and we have a good stab at it) but I find it surprising that the reception staff of an American chain Hotel have no English. This meant that as nice and as wanting to be helpful as they were it led to a misunderstanding about the length of time our laundry would take. Also the pool is quite small and the area around it had a step which I didn't see (as there was no marking to indicate a change of height) so I quite badly bruised my foot. First hotel I've been to that didn't have a floor towel for the bathroom or, if they did, then they didn't have a hand towel.

Excellent location, close to many cafes, restaurants, shops and tourist attractions; right in the centre. The room was spacious, excellent shower! Staff were welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was a buffet with a good variety. Would definitely stay here again.

The breakfast was nice with a variety of selections. The hotel location was very pleasant along the canal and walking distance to parks, historical places, cafes and shopping. The staff was very accommodating.

The room although large enough was a bit dark. The pool was not useable. That was not a major draw for us, however it should have been noted since our room did not have a balcony. The pool area was the only outdoor place to sit and it was closed for part of our stay and not visually appealing.

Great facilities, well organized I enjoyed the blankets, was very comfortable. Everything was properly clean. The view was good too.

We had to ask 4 times for towels from the personel, and it was a bit on the pricey side, but you get what you pay for

Great location for visit the city center, very clean place. And also a magnificent breakfast in comparison with other Argentinian hotels.

Minor detail, but the coffee at the breakfast is horrible. Couldn't get the day started for two days in a row 😊

Staff service cleanliness location

There was an elevator not working properly. The breakfast could be better.

Everything was fantastic! From the room to the staff, breakfast, the restaurant is amazing and affordable. Definitely will be back. Can’t talk about the pool, spa, etc. because I didn’t use them.

It’s well located and clean

It’s a bit tired. None of the gym equipment works and the pool is tiny

Neat, clean, helpful and courteous staff. Reasonably priced.

Does not have parking facility within the building.
