Comfortable beds, great view (towards the airport), generally friendly staff (esp at Concierge), perfect downtown location Staff at check-in seemed a bit unengaged at times and queues were building up at the front desk so you would rather not go there if you had a question or a problem There's huge works in progress in the back of the hotel so this will probaby cause a lot of noise (it already did during my stay) for a long time and starting early morning hours. The air conditioning was not working well which could become reason to not choose this hotel in summer months. I hope they get this fixed because I actually really liked the hotel a lot and would hate to be forced to look for an alternative

The location on Pl de la Reforma is great & there are lots of restaurants, cafes, & OXXO supermarket around and only about 11 mins walk to the shopping mall of Reforma222. Most of items like snacks & drinks etc I bought them at Sumesa which is about 8 mins walk from the hotel at the end of calle Lisboa. They have a more extensive offerings than OXXO. It is only one of a handful of hotels in Mexico City that is used by most touring companies that offer pick up services for your daily excursions in & around Mexico City. I had only one dinner at the hotel and the food is so so. Staff are generally very helpful & friendly.

The room is a bit dated but it doesn't bother me at all. It's clean and was serviced & refreshed everyday.

I booked the Fiesta Club King Room which included a special breakfast on the 22nd floor and an evening cocktail and light food selection, also on the 22nd floor. Our room was excellent and the breakfast varied each day with wonderful selections. The waitstaff during breakfast and dinner were excellent! The evening food, wine, beer selection was also outstanding. The hotel is in a good location. We took taxis or uber to get to the museum and palace area and sometimes walked back to the hotel from that location. I definitely recommend this hotel and will return there when in Mexico City.

There was nothing to dislike.

The location was central and easily accessed. The room was spacious, the bed was the most comfortable we have had in all of mexico! It was very quiet we had no issues with noise from outside for sleeping whatsoever . There is a couple of bars, restaurants to choose from on the property, including Starbucks, and the building itself was very nice. We chose the executive Fiesta rooms which gave us access to the lounge on the 22nd floor which we absolutely loved and we're so glad that we did. It was wonderful to enjoy a glass of wine after a long day and some wonderful snacks and food. The view up there was great and the staff were wonderful.

English was extremely difficult with the staff, which surprised us as we have had better luck in smaller more remote Mexican areas. The food in the Executive Lounge needs to be warmer in the serving dishes as most of it was cold such as the scrambled eggs. The carpeting in the hallways and in the rooms really needs an overhaul and to be replaced. It's quite outdated. We also could have used a dresser in our room.

Everything was great. We had a Suite on the Executive Floor. The room was spacious and well appointed. Everything was very clean. Housekeeping was great. The Club room was very bright and the food was varied and plentiful both at breakfast and the cocktail hour. What also was great was that the cocktail hour with food went until 11pm ever night. The front desk staff was professional and friendly. All together a great stay.

The housekeeping staff seemed to be a bit short staffed.

Absolutely fantastic experience at this five-star hotel! From the moment I arrived, the friendly staff made me feel right at home, offering exceptional service throughout my stay. The accommodations were incredibly comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. I was also impressed by the reliable WiFi, which made it easy for me to stay connected. The restaurant and bar exceeded my expectations, serving delicious meals and refreshing drinks in a delightful ambiance. The location couldn’t be more perfect—central to all the attractions and a great spot to unwind. I’m already looking forward to my next visit to this wonderful hotel! Highly recommend!

The beds were comfortable, the room was dated and a little drab but there was a window that opened! Which meant fresh air and control over the temperature (along with the central heating/cooling system that could be controlled as well). Overall it was a good experience.

The hotel seems to pump perfume into the elevators and lobby. I would highly suggest they stop doing this, the scent was overwhelming and would make it impossible for a scent-sensitive person to stay here. As it was, my group spent as little time in these areas as possible.

Clean, large, comfortable room with a giant bed and solid internet. The TV gets US sports channels, which is all I watch when on the road. Excellent breakfast where I couldn't resist over-indulging myself and ended up skipping lunch. There is a Starbucks in the building with outside sidewalk seating where you can people-watch.

Not a complaint but a note for older travelers or those who might need assistance: It seems like there are two small sets of stairs that you must climb to enter the property. I arrived by Uber and there didn't seem to be anyone ready to provide assistance if needed. I travel with a small carry-on bag and so would not be someone that would get approached, but I didn't notice anyone waiting in the wings to help.

Pity it doesn`t have a pool , that would have made the experience a perfect one.
