Staff was friendly and accommodating. I travelled with a large party, which included a handicapped person, and infant, and a toddler. All my request were met with no issues. Cleaning staff was respectful of my personal property when doing my room. Conveniently located to the areas I was going to visit.

The wait time at the restaurant was too long. I waited 30 for a cocktail drinks and appetizers when there only one other party at the dining room beside us. When asked about it, waitress just said "they are on their way". 2 minutes later she comes out and ask for our order again, and never apologizes for the delay. Ordering food took as long. I ended up going down the street to a taco stand because that was faster!

The property was clean and bright. The highlight was the friendliness of all of the staff. Rogrigo is a very special person for us. All of the staff were beautiful in every way

Location was awkward for visiting Mexico City as 1 hour commute

conveniently located near Polanco and accessibility to main road. Rooms are spacious and comfortable beds. Staff, specially the bell nan where very kind.

The halls were not very clean and it’s a bit noisy.

Great welcoming by Oscar and Yael. They both did everything in their power to accommodate our needs. We could access one room earlier which was pleasantly surprising and quite handy to leave the suitcases.

In general, the hotel has good facilities. I chose the hotel due to the function I was attending. The rooms are larger than most that I have experienced around the world.

There is no fridge. The shower leaks and floods the entire bathroom. The location is not pretty.

The property needs a little work. Little black spots in the shower’s tiles should be removed and walls in the elevator area need a touch up. No complimentary tea or coffee in the room
