Close proximity to who I was visiting. The towels were thick and plentiful. Also, I love the blinds, 1 let sun in and the other was a black out. They both worked and covered the window, which was perfect!! Room was quiet too. On first floor near the entrance, we didn't hear anything and I'm a light sleeper!!

Bathrooms are usually lacking and this one was no exception. Lighting is terrible and shower head gives minimal water. The shampoo bottle was empty. If you're going to provide it, make sure the dispenser is filled up!! Please consider adding blankets to the beds or have them available in the closet. Thin top sheet and bedspread aren't sufficient for everyone.

Everyone from the front desk staff to the Dawn the housekeeper were all extremely nice and friendly. They were all very pleasant when we asked a question and if they didn't know the answer, they advised us that they would find out and let us know. The only thing I would recommend, they wear a nametag. Not all of them had a nametag on and that would help to identify them to give them credit for their kindness. Dawn left us very nice notes each day and took care in her work, keeping our room cleaned and restocked with towels. Her notes were very thoughtful and very much appreciated! Thank you Dawn!

While the staff and management were very helpful, there was a total power loss momentarily and when the power returned, our thermostat was no longer working. We were offered the option to change rooms, but all of this happened after staying a night, so we were all settled in, and we were fortunate that the temperatures were not horrible, it did get a bit warm in our room and then the last night the room unit started blowing out cold air. Yes, we could have moved, but we have a lot of items and chose not to. It just seemed strange, for as new as this hotel is, that this would happen. We were given a very small discount for our trouble of about 5%. It wasn't much, but it was something.

Stayed 1 night to work a wedding. This is a brand new hotel, very clean! Enjoyed the inviting lobby with faux fire, lounge, bar. The outdoor pool area is nice with lounge chairs and tables. Plenty of space in the double bed rooms, with mini fridge, microwave, coffee. A nice touch of patriotic decor. 24 hr coffee in lobby. Complimentary breakfast hot/cold option. Walmart grocery store and restaurants are nearby Nicest hotel in Mt Home.I would Definitely stay again on business, group or family trip

Very clean and comfortable. Quality sleep. Staff were very helpful. It felt like home for the days we were there. The availability of games in the coffee area is a nice touch. Breakfast is free and does have hot and cold options. Tea is 24/7, which is nice.

Could use more variety at breakfast, but it fits typical hotel breakfasts. Nothing special. One change I would make is an improved breakfast to make this a notch above other hotels with the same old breakfast.

This place was so clean!! The staff were very friendly, the beds were comfortable, the black out shades in the rooms actually worked and blocked out even the hotel outside bright lights, the bathrooms were very modern with a lighted mirror and dove products that included shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion and a tiny bar of dove soap, the water pressure was good and it was quiet enough that my infant and two year could sleep at night no problem!

The breakfast was just okay. All the pre-packaged products (Milk, yogurt, cereal) were good but the eggs and homemade waffles left something to be desired.

Room was clean and spacious. Location was easy to get to. Pool area was great for kids and adults. Plenty of shaded seating to watch kids swim. Bathroom had plenty of toiletries for our group of 5. I will book again.

Nothing was considered walkable, which would be a pro in some cases. Walmart, Marshalls, and other shopping was close but not walkable. This however did make it ease to get in and out of parking lot.

I love the friendliness of the staff the cleanliness of the room and the newness of all of it. Tens across the board!!

If I have to pick something I didn't like, I certainly won't say I didn't like it I just say there's room for improvement on the breakfast which I did eat all three mornings and it was fine, just a step above a continental breakfast. A Crock-Pot full of hot oatmeal with a variety of toppings, as opposed to instant and a variety of cream cheese etc for the waffles, bagels etc would change the game and upgrade it.

The air conditioning worked very well, the bed was comfortable the staff was very friendly. It was clean except for one thing but over all it was a good experience. Oh yeh the pool was nice, very nice.

There was hair that was not ours on bathroom floor and on carpet. The light was not working by the right side of bed and they fixed it. Refrigerator leaked water and I told them about it. I do want to say those were things that would not keep us from going back.

This hotel was near restaurants and shopping but still in a quiet location. PROS: friendly staff, lovely facility, tasty hot breakfast, and CLEAN. CONS: none! We had been travelling for two weeks and this was the best hotel we encountered. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
