Great location since the main reason for my stay was to stay close to LAX, comfy bed, and great shower.

The free shuttle to the airport... I waited and waited, and it came packed and wasn't worth waiting anymore. Grab a cab or an Uber, easier and faster...

Handy for LAX. Timely shuttle. Spacious and comfortable, and the all-important coffee in the room before your morning flight.

They charge you a “resort fee” even though you’re there for less than twelve hours and have no time to use the “facilities”

No water pressure in shower. After a long flight the lack of water pressure for a good shower was a bit disappointing.

Good location for an early flight or in our case a late arrival. Big room, comfy bed, quiet and nice staff. Overall relaxing.

Their airport shuttle bus driver was a jerk, surly and treated everyone on the bus like cattle. The shower sprayer was poor and the breakfast’s overpriced. But they staff is nice and provide some less expensive options for those that don’t want a huge buffet.

on the reception, girl send us to one of the rooms that was very noisy due to the working elevators, she could prevent this and give us a better room, around 10pm the air conditioning didn't work we have to change to a different room, with less noise and working aircon that was very old and was very noisy.

There was a very long line to check in when I arrived. After maybe 20 minutes of waiting a member of the staff asked me if I was one of the people on a cancelled international flight. The airline sent all the passengers to this hotel unexpectedly! I wasn't so they took me to the front of the line and checked me in right away. They even gave me a room upgrade and paid for parking to compensate me for the wait. THIS is service not to mention getting 150 rooms together for the people on the cancelled flight. That has to be very taxing on the staff but they had a good attitude accommodating all those people. The best Sonesta I've ever stayed at!

I was there just for one night with an early shuttle to the airport to catch a 6am flight. What more can you ask for: a comfortable bed, quiet, and a restaurant on site. The staff were very professional and made me feel welcomed.

It was nicer than I had expected for a "convenience" hotel located near the airport. The lobby amenities were able to accommodate the many hungry travelers. The beds were soft, the room was clean and the overall design was very appealing.

I would have liked a dedicated shuttle to the airport. Sharing a shuttle between numerous hotels caused problems with people fitting on the shuttle. It was stressful to have to wait until an emptier shuttle came by. The shuttle was one of the main reasons I had selected this hotle, but I needed to call an Uber anyway.

The staff was a bit rude. They charged for room service. The crib we ordered was literally like a metal cage, my baby couldn’t sleep there. The shower wasn’t very good
