I like the gaming set up, and a few of the shops! The room that wasn't renovated yet was still fairly nice and clean! The view from the room was just amazing.

I didn't like that Rio was a little distance from the strip cause they didn't have a walk way to cross the free way so your forced to Uber or taxi or drive your own car and battle for parking spots! The Adult pool shouldn't be limited to a few days a week! There was an old mini fridge that trapped heat under the counter which over time causes damage! No microwave!

The Rio provided us with a room that was, I might say, the best, most spacious, and most well kept room we (my family and I) have ever stayed in. The shower and restroom was very clean. The tile work was nice. The shower glass was clean. They placed (at least in this room) the Costco-sized shampoo, conditioner and body wash tightly fastened to the wall opposing the shower spout (which was nice).

I chose this hotel because of its extravagant pool. However, we arrived at 6:00 pm with a plan to leave before sunrise. Unfortunately, the pool closed at, you guessed it, 6:00 p.m. This was very disappointing. I would rather that the pool was open until 8:00 p.m. or 10:00 p.m.

We were given a renovated room which was awesome, and had a great view of the strip and pool. One of the pools was cold, and the other was heated so it was nice to have an option of which pool to sit in, and we were down the street from anything we needed. Also the parking is free so that’s nice

I didn’t like how the room didn’t have a microwave, coffee maker, or freezer. The fridge was really small too. Also the Starbucks downstairs is convenient but stupidly overpriced that I would rather leave the property and drive down the street for a normal priced coffee, and there’s no coffee maker in the room to make your own or else I’d do that.

STaff was courteous throughout. The place was clean. Lots of walking to room from parking or to anywhere. I appreciate the free parking. Thats a real problema at other hotels. and access was good. Nice work Rio. You did great!

my sex life.

The room was very large, clean, quiet and very comfortable. The bathroom area was extra large with more than enough storage space and had two bathroom sinks. The king size bed was very comfortable. Hotel staff, at the front desk, was professional, friendly and helpful. The WOW show in the Rio Casino, was discounted 50% for hotel guests, and was entertaining and definitely worth the money.

The furniture was dated and somewhat run down, but very clean. The hotel does not have a shuttle to the strip and although the walk to the strip is about 20 to 25 minutes, the route is dark at night and runs along a very busy and and very fast street which made us feel we were in danger, especially at night.

check in was not possible with Booking.com reservation number. Had to pay twice and later get a refund.

The staff at the Front Desk, the one who receipted me has no small at all, instead she yawned at least 3 times, no hello no greetings, no smile, when I finished my check-in, the next customer is white, and she started to smile and greet. What the hell is that? Please don’t tell me that Rio doesn’t welcome Asian customers.

Liked my room, the restaurants gave many options inside the hotel,

1st. Why lie to customers about a room for $46 then charge a mandatory $43 resort fee? Every property in Vegas does the same lie, it’s just not right. At least you haven’t started charging for parking, it’s not like the overpriced everything isn’t making enough money that it can cover parking. 2nd. Only issue I had with my room was finding screws on the ground, but totally no problem. 3rd. Really missed the world buffet, I know out with the old in with the new but so enjoyed your buffet.

We were updated to the newly renovated rooms & the location was very close to all the attractions we wanted to do.

The newly renovated rooms had its perks. I had to call maintenance 3 times, the phones in the rooms did not work so I went through loops trying to reach the front desk from my personal phone. I could’ve went down stairs but we were on the 19th floor all the way at the end of the hall and the elevators were super slow I’m assuming because the hotel seem to be very busy & booked .

I liked the location and how close it was to the strip

The hotel had carpet everywhere that smelled like cigarettes. And we had to change rooms because the smell of smoke was unbearable
