Conveniently located and very well maintained. Although Jefferson Street, the only route to I-64, was heavily congested, drivers were calm. The only honking I heard was that of migratory geese in the early morning. Breakfast was adequate with scrambled eggs and sausage, biscuits and gravy, breads, waffles, and cereals, fruit yogurt, and fresh apples, oranges, and pears or kiwi fruit. The shower was wonderful, the heater/air conditioner worked, and the bed was comfortable. The room was cleaned with meticulous attention to detail.

The rooms were close together and noise from the curb carried inside, so there was a lot of noise from neighbors until 9 pm.

Right off the highway, but couldn't hear the highway noise. Breakfast had plenty of choices , and was very good. Rooms are large and beds are comfortable.

Had an issue getting into our room with the key card, the door woudn't read the cards. Was given a different room and different cards and had no issues. Was a minor inconvenience, but was quickly handled by staff.

How kind and courageous the employees were at check in and our whole stay we need more people and places as clean most hotel's i stay at i have to go in and reclean the room and bathroom not this one thank you quality inn keep up the good work and breakfast was outstanding

There wasn't anything i didn't like about the hotel or my stay it was excellent

Although the building needs some work outside the rooms are nicely updated. Room was very clean, extremely comfortable bed, awesome pressure in the shower. Coffee, tea, microwave, fridge in room. It was a surprisingly great experience. Breakfast was plenty as well. Great value Thank you!

AC/Heating unit needs to be updated.

Close to the west Virginia renaissance faire - we didn’t go to it but I liked the fact that they had a pub in the hotel .

Had problems several times with our room key not working and having to walk back and forth to and from front desk - which was frustrating- the parking lot closest to our room is extremely narrow and you don’t have room to turn around so needed to back up to leave but not huge deal .

was clean, but on day 2 we asked for clean towels and trash emptied. Only 2 very small trash baskets. The gal said she'd take care of it but didn't have our room on her list. ??? She seemed nice enough

Larger waste baskets. Told to us room towel at pool which reduced towels for showering.

The room was very clean, the sheets and carpet looked new, and the bathroom was clean. They had 4 pillows on each bed that were different thicknesses and hardnesses so there was a selection. There were several bright lamps that lit up the room really well. Breakfast buffet was decent with your standard hotel breakfast foods and a waffle maker.

Shower water pressure was a bit high, but I'll take too high over too low.

Breakfast food was terrible quality. Eggs look artificial and the bacon was so thin . It barely tasted like bacon. Yogurt was awful, didn’t even have the consistency of yogurt. It’s what I would expect from a complimentary breakfast How hard is it to make real scrambled eggs and bacon. The cost could not be that much of a difference.

Location was great to where we planned activities. It's very close to gas stations, restaurants, Walmart, and other stores. The Shoney's is right next door where we ate several times. Rooms were very clean, modern, NO BUGS (I always pull up sherts, look at mattresses, pillows, etc) , no shady activities in the parking lot, quiet & comfortable. There's also a continental breakfast. Good price & value.

The outside could have a bigger hotel sign as it was hard to see.

Location is great . Breakfast was decent . Sausage horrible , coffee quite good . Enjoyed the fresh fruit .

The facility is a bit dated and a little dingy , but the room was very clean . The exterior needs freshened up
