The ADA bathroom was the best we have ever seen. The abundance of grab bars, the wide doorway, and accessible shower, and the room also, my partner was able to move around easily in his chair. The complimentary products you offer are the best brand we've encountered. The desk agents, both day and evening were very engaging, helpful, and pleasent. When I had a problem with the wi fi connection, it was quickly sorted out.

The room door was heavy. For an ADA room, it might be nice to have a powered opener.

Nice modern facilities. New high end equipment in the fitness center and pool was well maintained. The rooms are nicely decorated but very simplistic. Employees were very polite and helpful and even made a fine recommendation for a decent pizza that could be delivered. Breakfast was good and ample chooses were available.

Bed was firm, not mine or my wife's ideal sleeping situation and pillows were fairly flat. Bed was also noisy and any tossing and turning was accompanied by loud squeaks and creaks. Walls are not well insulated so hallway and neighboring room noise (on all sides) was noticable. Room stayed in was directly above the pool had a very noticeable smell of chlorine but I was personally able to tolerate it.

Super friendly staff, nicely decorated and helpful people when asked for assistance getting around the area.

Not necessarily a dislike, but since we came from the west coast and there is a time change, the hours of breakfast would have been nice if open longer.

There was a lot of dust under and around the TV, the sliding barn door to the bathroom was cool looking but not very practical and it was very heavy so hard for us old people to operate.

Nice peaceful view of forest off to the right looking out of my room. A tad bit of highway noise but able to overcome with the FAN setting on the AC unit. Front desk was very helpful and polite

Pricing was on the high side- about 25% more than I pay at similar, competing hotels like Best Western Plus etc. AAA discount was not added on my bill, did not notice till after I departed.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Facility was clean and comfortable. Room was well appointed and clean. Bed was comfortable and there were plenty outlets for our phone charging cords. Breakfast was plentiful. We enjoyed our stay!

I think everything was acceptable. No complaints at all.

Loved the rooms and location.

We had to leave the lobby area early. Our family was there for a gathering from all over the US. Football playoffs were on and we gathered in lobby. Had to leave because they needed to clean.

As soon as you walked through the doors it smelled amazing and looked very cleen.

The pool had a little too much chlorine in it but for the most part it was great and relaxing
