Employees were super accommodating when they didn’t have our booking from booking.com and gave us their last room at the same price. Breakfast was the best I’ve ever seen- oat milk for coffee, plain yogurt and toppings, plus crustless quiche. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Easy access from I-64. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean facility.

Aging furniture, to be expected in a budget Marriott. I would guess the Fairmont's get hand-me-downs from their costlier siblings. My back hated the (dare I say it) slightly sagging mattress and the HVAC unit was noisy. The breakfast was tolerable but the absence of orange juice was disappointing. Though this is a "budget friendly" Marriott, it was still a chunk of change that was very thin on the amenities.

Very spacious room and super convenient location.

I had followed the “rules” for towels and the cleaning staff replaced our towels the first day, second day the towels on the floor were left there and they took our soap without replacing it.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was hot and delicious.

I would need to be very petty to find something to complain about.

The staff were very helpful and friendly! Also, there were a few streaming services included (HBO, Showtime, etc...) that were not mentioned on the website , which was a pleasant surprise. Everything was clean and comfortable.

A little more pricey than what I'm used to, but comparable to the other establishments in the area. The hotel didn't seem to have its own dedicated parking area, and shared a lot with a little strip mall. Not really a con for me, but it may be important to you. Also, they no longer carry freezer items (ice cream, hot pockets, etc...) at the little store by the front desk, which was a small bummer.

The staff was so helpful and understanding, we changed our room as it was smaller than what we booked for, there was no problem and the lady at the reception desk was very helpful, even though she said she was new, by communicating with her manager she corrected the mistake and changed our room. The lady in the morning shift was also very nice and accommodated our need concerning the check-out time. Also the ladies at the breakfast room were so friendly, and kept every item in the buffet refilled in seconds. Breakfast was good and everything served fresh and clean. Yes also the room was very clean, and the parking is very convenient. We were really pleased with the hotel and would definitely recommend it!

Due to a boil water advisory there were no cold drinks or ice. I feel a discount could have been given as a courtesy for this inconvenience

The staff was friendly and welcoming. It was nice to have such a warm greeting. The room was clean and spacious.

The man that was working at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Very nice and up beat even though he was working Christmas Eve evening and Christmas Evening. Made you feel welcome!

There are no complaints, wish there had been more coffee and cups in room.
