We stayed 2 nights; came to ski at Omni Homestead, so the location was perfect, a 5-10 minute drive. The space was comfortable and clean for a family 2 adults and 2 elementary age children. We were pleasantly surprised that it was more of a room suite with separate kitchenette that included a large breakfast table, sink, stove, dishes, silverware, and utensils, pots, etc. for cooking.

We noticed that right outside the door were 2 chairs with an ashtray between them. If we had smoking neighbors, this could have been unpleasant. I can also see how it could get quite noisy if there were more people staying at the motel.

The gentleman at the office desk was very helpful. The room was very clean and we were surprised to see that it had a separate small kitchen area. The motel was quiet which was nice. We could definitely recommend the motel and will stay there again if in the area.

The bathroom was very small and the toilet tissue placed in an awkward position. All in all, no real complaints, though.

It provided exactly what I was looking for. It was fairly priced, clean, comfortable and when we needed more coffee and additional towels they were happily provided. The property is simple and there were no amenities we didn’t need.

The kitchen could be a little better stocked. There were no forks for example. However, we weren’t there to cook and eat meals. Given the limited dining in Hot Springs, one may want to make a meal or two if staying more than a couple days.

Really a pleasant stay ...especially considering the economical price. I felt safe & all was well.

They have done a great job fixing up this 1950's motor court but the paint choice ( mustards tan) in the room I got was depressing. When they can afford it the walls could be repaired & repainted.

We had a small problem in the room. The staff member at the desk came immediately and helped us figure it out. He did it with a smile and humor. As we were checking out, he also asked about whether the resolved issue remained so (it had). Good customer service!

The kitchen could have been a bit better equipped. We needed a working can opener and a paring knife.

I stay this motel every year when I visit the warm spring pool! It's a pet friendly motel and the staff is very nice and friendly.

It would be nice to improve the motel in general, such as new paint, screen door, etc.

Huge room with loads of cooking facilities and an amazing view. Top man looked after us at reception with stories and advice. very comfy bed and not far from Warm Springs

Sat nave took us up a very interesting single track road to get there. Lack of shops for quite a distance but we had brought food with us.

The motel was clean and comfortable; it met all our expectations and then some.

No tissue box in the room, that is my only complaint.

Very convenient access to The Homestead. Quiet setting.

Bathroom is a bit small. Hair. Dryer not attached to the wall but not a big deal. Worked well

The location is great for our needs. Convenient parking. The basic necessities of reasonably priced accommodations were met as well.

The water temperature could have been a tad better in the a.m. Also, I prefer less freshener smell upon entering a room.
