It's just a beautiful place to stay. Lots of activities for the entire family. We loved walking around and seeing all the beautiful grounds. The wine tasting room was lovely.

We were disappointed that one of the restaurants was closed at random times. It was hard to figure out where to eat. We had valet service, and one day they were driving our vehicle back for us and a random stranger got out of our vehicle on the passenger side. The valet driver said he gave her a ride. We were so surprised that we didn't say much while getting into our vehicle. Later on after we thought about it. We were rather annoyed by the experience and thought it was rather unsafe. We told the front desk, but they didn't seem too concerned. Made us nervous to use the service again. Wish they had validated our concerns.

First of all, the building and architecture are beautiful. My trip was centered around going to the Warm Springs Pools to have a soak in the mineral springs. They were amazing. I loved the location and the fact that the resort had a really nice spa center as well, I used the indoor pool. I also loved the fact that the Market in the lobby was opened very late, as a solo traveler I appreciated a grab and go option. The room was very clean on arrival, the hot water and the shower pressure was also good!

Maps and GPS take you some odd ways, make sure you know where you're going! I was travelling from PA and it sent me through part of the George Washington Forest lol! And when I went to leave the property, it wanted to send me up the mountain! Make sure you stick to the state roads and highways!

Check in time is late at 4pm, effectively wasting visitors from far half a day time. Wish they offer early check in like 12noon or 1pm, as most activities end by 5pm. Basically right after check in at 4+pm you do not have a lot of options to participate in most activities. Valet parking car retrieving process is slow, be sure to allow yourself 15-30mins prior to departure

Generations of my wife’s family had stayed at the Homestead and we were keen to see it for ourselves. It did not disappoint. The setting is beautiful and the resort has benefited from a recent refurbishment. Our room in the tower was comfortable and had everything we needed. The view over the Allegheny Mountain Mountains was impressive. Even for non-golfers there was plenty to do and we enjoyed tasting the fare in the various restaurants

It’s lovely. The staff were amazing. From the bellmen and valet who greeted us, the front desk at checkin, all the food service staff, the cleaning staff. There is a real culture of excellent hospitality at the Homestead

It’s getting to be almost unaffordable. We come to the Homestead once a year to watch the Oscar’s. It’s a tradition we have maintained for over 10 years.

Room was very nice. Appreciate that the hotel and staff recognized that we were celebrating my wife’s bday and had a complimentary bottle of champagne and a nice display of sweets waiting for us in the room. The GM, Mark,was very friendly and hospitable. The Keswick wine dinner was top notch.

My wife said that her massage was “ok”, it not great. For the cost of the massage, we would expect better.

It was my birthday, and Jonelle at the front desk made me feel like a queen. She made arrangements and provided all that I could want. She is an asset to Omni, and my sincere hope is that she be recognized for her generous attitude and hospitality skills!

21st floor shower did not run hot enough

It’s a historical area. It still has an old fashion feel to it even though it’s renovated. The staff is amazing, it has a beautiful scenery.

Not much options to eat. The market was good for some snacks or quick to go.

It was better big and had many activities such golf, pools, shooting club, boxing club, and other things to do. They have a market and many restaurants.

You have to paid for certain shows on tv and pay the valet when the stay is already pricey.

very expensive!! room rates way to high. parking payment not nice! Jeffersons steakhouse terrible n expensive. Not enough included in hotel price to many things you hav to pay for
