The location was good had a lot of places to eat very close by,, wasn't noisy even though it's on the main road, beds were comfortable but could have used more blankets

Furniture needs to be upgraded, pool was cold definitely not heated and I could only get 1 jet to work on hot tub, pool and hot tub were clean, there was some dust on wall and in the corner of room, breakfast could have been a lot better, had to keep the hot water all the way on in the shower to get hot water

It was close to the walmart and a lot of food places around.

Everything was great breakfast was delicious parking is great, except hair was on our “clean towel” and also on toilet seat when we checked in. other than that great room. Staff was great when had to deal with them.

The breakfast was ample and nicely displayed. The room was clean and the staff attentive. We were the last ones to eat breakfast and the staff told us to take our time and did not want to rush us. Everyone was very friendly.

We liked everything about the room and stay.

Breakfast was decent. Rooms were clean. Pillows are very soft. They are pretty tight on towels for the rooms, so understand that they will only give you the amount of your party. The pool area has towels for you but they are small.

The hot tub could've been better. It had a weird smell to it, so when we got into it it didn't smell like chlorine as the pool did. The pool was also on the colder side getting in, but once you get in and your body gets used to the temp, it's actually not bad at all.

I requested an accessible room, but there wasn’t one available. I could not use the shower/tub and there were no bars to help me up from a low toilet. I managed OK but if accessible room not available, I would not stay there again. Last year I did have inaccessible and it was very comfortable. I have like this hotel when I come to Lexington but my health has deteriorated enough that I don’t get along well, unless I have an accessible room.

Staff were very helpful. Room was nice and big. Cookies were a nice touch. We arrived early and were able to check in which is great.

Everything was great other than we were at the front of the hotel and the noise of the traffic was noticeable.

It was very clean and the bed were really comfy

The air conditioning was not operational per room, the front staff was not really friendly. They told my husband who’s name was on the reservation they could not tell him what room we were in

Very clean, with a nice indoor pool and hot tub. I liked the breakfast with many options. It was delicious.

It was a little difficult to get in the parking lot. From the interstate, it was easy, but coming from the opposite direction made it difficult.

So close to VMI- we stayed here during family weekend. Luckily it’s only about a 1.5 mile walk- bc there are NO Ubers or Lyfts in Lexington 😖

Just a little older and outdated (like most hotels in Lexington) and *very* pricey during family weekend.

The staff was friendly and helpful. We also liked the proximity to town (about a mile or so), and the hotel was right off the highway.

The hotel was a little dated but a good value for the price.
