The hotel was easy to find, close to a gas station, and easy to enter and exit.. The breakfast was great! Waffles, yogurt, and fruit were my favorites!!!! There is an excellent coffee shop nearby also for different kinds of coffee. The pool was warm and fun. The kids and I had a lot of fun splashing around. The room was ok. We didn’t spend a ton of time in it, as we wanted to explore. The staff were helpful in telling us where different museums, and arch rock were. They also have maps and books about Lexington at the desk. The staff can explain what parts of town your activities are in. The beds were comfortable, and there is a mini fridge and microwave in the rooms. Which is always nice, to keep your drinks cold! The A/C cooled off the rooms quickly, which saved us. The temperature was about 90 degrees when we were there. It was a great stay, we wish we could have stayed longer.

The surrounding area seems safe. There is ample on-site parking. The guestroom was clean and larger than average. The bathroom was clean and in good condition, although the toilet was in need of maintenance. The continental breakfast was on the lighter side, but sufficient. The Folgers coffee in the entrance foyer was very good. My 5th-floor guestroom balcony had scenic views of the countryside.

My room had a desk, but unfortunately there was NO CHAIR for the desk. What good is a desk without a chair? Also, the juices in the breakfast area tasted AWFUL, like BAD concentrate with artificial flavor. There was no sink to dump out my bad juice. So I brought the cup to the restroom and dumped it.

I stayed here for one night with my wife and baby because it was conveniently located along our travel route. I didn’t have any expectations since I only paid $70, but I was pleasantly surprised. The room was spacious and clean, and breakfast was included—quite good considering the price. It’s also just a 5-minute drive from a very nice brewery where we were able to have dinner. This hotel is much better than other options along the route, like Sleep Inn, which cost over $120.

The staff were excellent and l the breakfast great!! It says continental breakfast on the sign at the entrance but is a hot breakfast with eggs & waffles. The rooms were clean and modern, the view of the mountains (if you get a room on that side) is spectacular!! We just stayed the night passing thru (many times over the years) but if we were staying in the area for a vacation, we would definitely stay there!! Very pet friendly!! Reasonable pet fees.

The only suggestion to make it better is to put the Pergo style hard flooring, especially in the pet rooms. It looked like they were starting to do that.

Beds are definitely comfy. Only thing I didn't like were the old stink bugs by our little balcony. The kids enjoyed the playground. Pool wasn't closed. The vending and ice machine on the 5th floor were gone. But our stay was nice. Breakfast from 6 to 9am. A good selection of stores just 5 minutes away. You are gas up if need be right before you hit the highway from the hotel. We didn't have pets but they ate welcome for an extra fee.

Room was spotless clean. Bedding was comfortable. Quiet, nice pool.

Not enough seating in the breakfast area. Breakfast was 6 to 9. At 745, they ran out of a lot of things. Example, Egg Tray, had a sign that said "out of stock". No fruit, no yogurt. Had to ask for milk for cereal, creamer for my coffee and cream cheese, for my bagel. Only one waffle iron. The guy at the desk, had to answer phones, check people in and out, and restock, the breakfast area. To much for one man.

Bed was comfortable and shower actually worked well. Breakfast was good. Overall good experience.

Our card keys didn't work the second day, even though we paid for 2 days. Staff made excuses the card got left near electronics and stopped working. :( It inconvenienced us as we lost time dealing with this issue. Also our door to the room didn't lock after we shut it. We had to try couple times to finally lock it. Staff was told before our departure. So if you are in room 411, be aware.

Rooms are clean , shower is good, beds are really comfortable. Breakfast is so so, not many choices. Location is great. Went to the National Park so the location is good. Had an issue with room key last night but no big deal, went downstairs and they gave us another one. Room 417. Wish the patio was a little bigger.

Breakfast was decent. There were waffles, cereal, toast, etc. The workout room had decent equipment that was well maintained and of a reasonable quality. This hotel was a one night stop for us on our way from PA to TN.

The room was clean, but had a bit of a smell to it (they said that someone had been smoking in it, so I assume that was their room freshener spray - it did not bother us).

All areas were CLEAN, the mattress was very comfortable, there were 2 chairs in our room-an office and upholstered which were comfortable and not shabby, the room was large with good horizontal spaces, and it had a small balcony with a sliding glass door. Wonderful view! We like that a breakfast was included.

The bed pillows weren't the best but not enough to be a discomfort or a complaint.
