The hotel was under construction and remodeling was on going. Our room was finished and in excellent condition. We were provided free coffee.

Unfortunately my credit card, discover was charged twice and I am having to deal with this problem. The Lady at the front desk couldn't find my name or confirmation number. Could not help me with the double charge for one night stay. I had to contact Discover to let them know. I had to call back to speak with the manager, Neil. He said that he would take the extra charge off of my card, but I would have to wait 3to 5 days before it would go off. He sent me a receipt with an adjustment for the extra charge of $119.91. I will still have to wait to see if everything has been honestly corrected. and will have to contact Discover to let them know if this problem has been corrected.

Very comfy bed, very clean.

ongoing construction. I have stayed here twice. Worst coffee anywhere. Never have plain creamers - probably because people have to use so much to try to make old coffee remotely drinkable. Mediocre staff - dismissive with guests - do least to get by.

Their breakfasts are always great and there is something for everyone.

This questionnaire could have been shorter. I have family who live in New Jersey and when I go to visit with my niece and her teenage son we stop on the way up and on the way back. The quality inn in lexington VA is nice, it's very clean and comfortable, reasonably priced with a great breakfast. There has never been a reason to stay anywhere else.

I loved that I could bring my puppy and everyone was so friendly. We had a comfortable bed, plenty of room, and the room was clean! My kids enjoyed stretching out and watching cartoons after a long car trip while I walked our puppy outside in the large field. My daughter loved that she could have a fresh waffle for breakfast, and the coffee was great.

I wish there had been bagels and cream cheese for breakfast.

It was close to 64 and an easy drive to VMI. It was pet-friendly.

The breakfast room was fine but the area for making waffles and getting food was too crowded due to the table shape. There was no room to stand and wait. Plus, there were so many BMX bike families eating at the same time that it was crowded.

The lady in the morning was kinda rude our autistic god son was wanting to go in for breakfast and the lady was like it’s closed in a rudely manner he doesn’t understand and we didn’t know it closed that early there was no sign stating that

Room is spacious and clean with all amenities needed. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Minimal breakfast - no hot food items except a self-help waffle maker. Cereals and yogurt are the only cold food options. No eggs, bread, or fruits.

Good breakfast ... nice variety ... very glad scrambled eggs were available.

Everything was ok except checkin

There was a large group checking in and us along with another woman had to wait 45 minutes to get checked in. I feel like they should have taken care of us and then the rest of the large group. Or had another person helping at the desk so we didn’t have to wait. We had traveled all day and half the night and were exhausted.

Wonderful receptionist. Clean comfortable room. Good value. Good coffee and breakfast on departure.
