I found the property pleasant and nice set up in the room as well very good breakfast. For myself but my husband was not a happy camper due to he had an issue.

My husband's big complaint was the bed, he had some type of issue. He felt from the AC unit that dust and bed mites were present. He was so itchy and bothered when laying in the bed he had to sleep on the little couch all night. We stopped to rest for the night from long road trip and more to drive so he was very frustrated with the situation. Now myself I had no problem and slept well. Though the a/c unit was either frosty cold or if you raised the temperature then got stuffy and warm very quickly. So you have to leave the room very cool for any air circulation

Rebecca at the front desk greeted me warmly. I was exhausted from a long drive. She was helpful when I realized I grabbed an older hotel key from another hotel to get back in my room. The room was spacious and had soap, shampoo and conditioner. There was a hot tub/pool but I was too tired to use it. Parking was great for my 22 ft trailer. Breakfast was excellent. The wafflle dispenser splashed out, luckiky, not on my shirt- vmbut created quite a mess. Not anyones fault. The coffee was good and strong. Will definitely come back.

Waffle dispenser had a hiccup.

All staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice place to stay, and easy to access.

Only problem we had was our mini fridge in our room was not working, the lady at the front desk did do a work order but said it would probably be Monday before they got it, and offered to give us another room but we decided to stay In the room we were in and just use some ice for our sodas we had.

I liked that the next day, the check out lady said we would be able to stay longer if necessary, until 1:00 p.m. if necessary without charge as there was a dangerous storm moving over Virginia that morning. We actually left at 10:30 ish, so did not take advantage, but we were happy there was the option for safety.

No complaints.

The property is conveniently located off the highway, but it was amazingly quiet. The receptionist was welcoming and efficient. The facilities were clean and the bed quite comfortable. My spouse and I were pleasantly surprised.

We were happy to have the breakfast and it offered a variety of selections. I would recommend a couple more items, such as plain yogurt for those who cannot have sugar - and not, sugar-free choices, as such products usually have chemical sweeteners.

breakfast was available for longer than most places (until 10am) and was fully stocked the whole time. Those waffles were great! The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable.

The AC/Heater was hard to get right. It blew too hard the whole time, and it was hard to adjust the temperature to meet our needs. It would be nice if it had a gentler setting.

Good service and very polite.

Achild spilled dry cereal on the ebtry mat and it wasn't cleaned up quickly so I requested a broom and dust pant and cleaned it up.

The hotel was great. The staff was great apart from the person who messed up my vacation money. Room was great

I was charged on my card after paying cash. Causing my account to go negative and making it so I didn’t have my vacation money during my vacation.

It was a pleasure to walk into the lobby. It looked and smelled clean. I was assisted right away. In my room the sheets were a crisp white. The bed was very comfortable and loved the big fluffed pillows. Fresh coffee available in the lobby. Enjoyed my quiet stay.

Pool was cooler with a pre-shower at the pool areal.Hot tub very nice and clear water. Good breakfast. Tasty coffee available 24/7. Snacks and fruit in lobby. Staff very helpful and friendly. Clean, spacious rooms, fresh scented with lovely decor in lobby and rooms. Locking exterior doors open with cards that worked every time they were used. Plenty of parking and clean lot. Nice landscaping. Location is great with stores, restaurants, and local attractions.. I will stay here again when in the area to visit family.

Beautiful views but our room just had trees blocking any view and a backhoe. Not really a big deal just an observation. Our room was across from laundry so at 8 AM we heard bags being shook open, dryers and washers going, and employee discussing workday. But note we did ask for 1st floor, near pool and that room accomplished those requests. Beds were just good, not great ss far as comfort. Pillows were all 4 too soft for my liking. Regardless of the things that we did not like, the value was there and the disadvantages did not outweigh the advantages.
