The cleanliness of chairs and tables in the lobby were not pleasing when just trying to sit and relax. Similarly, during breakfast, there’s no upkeep between families so all the tables were just dirty, trash, and sticky. Also, coffee was empty the whole time I ate breakfast, people came to try and fill their cups and it was the same. There was only one individual working which was probably difficult to keep up. The beds were very comfortable. Safe area and close to where we needed to be. Overall, it was great for a weekend trip.

Did not eat breakfast. Front desk staff were friendly & helpful. Had to add an extra night to beginning of original booking & did not have to change rooms. Location is near I-64/81. Can walk to Ruby Tuesday & a taco truck (Tres Veces Feliz, when open). Also an antique store & auto parts are walkable. A few minutes drive to downtown Lexington. Parking lot was full in the evenings so hotel seemed well used and not deserted. Everything was clean in the room. View toward west was pretty.

Just picky stuff. Wanted a more walkable location & pillows were thick (not hard, just tall). Price was high; assume it was because WLU graduation was around this time.

The girl that checked me in Thursday night was awesome! I had trouble with my credit card, and she helped me get the transaction completed right. She also switched my room because of the bad TV reception without any problem at all. I even liked he pumpkin sweatshirt she was wearing. She really made my stay feel welcome. I would hope you send her a note complimenting her on her professionalism and courtesy.

Television reception wasn't the best. Screen had faint lines running through it.

The beds were comfortable enough. Room was nice. The hotel was in a great central location, close to places on our itinerary, gas, highway, and other conveniences (Walmart/Food/Pharmacy). There is a Ruby Tuesday right beside the hotel. The pool area was nice and there was a small gym (I didn't use, but someone else was).

The breakfast was disappointing. Went for breakfast around 7:30 and there were no scrambled eggs and the cereal choices were minimal (3). Then, I went to make tea for my son and myself and there was only one tea bag (had to use it for his and mine). We went somewhere else for breakfast. Having a young child, the whole point of choosing this hotel was so we wouldn't have to make an extra stop for breakfast. The walls/floors are also very thin and we could hear our loud neighbor most of the night.

Breakfast was good, the pool and hot tub were nice. We liked that they had free tea/coffee in the lobby. We liked our room.

Around 9 PM they ran out of hot water and hot chocolate in the lobby. The person at the front desk said she had no key to replenish any of this until 11 PM. That’s strange. If you offer free tea/coffee, the front desk should be able to manage that.

Very close to the horse center. They also allowed my service dog and didn’t charge me which was very nice. Showers were nice and hot!

My only problem is that my room wasn’t cleaned very well, my dog alerted me to old food under the bed that I’m allergic too. Also the rooms where cleaned every day but the bed sheets where not changed.

Great price and location. Immediate access to restaurants, gas stations, the highway, and both universities in Lexington. Rooms were so spacious that it was easy to fit in a roll-away. Breakfast included something hot, and the pool area was great.

The only reason I didn't give this property a "10" rating was because neither the rollaway nor enough towels for my family were already in the room.

Clean, safe, easy to get to. We did not eat there but there is a Ruby Tuesday next door and (normally on weekends) a taco truck called Tres Veces Feliz (in front of the auto parts store) so you can sometimes walk out and get something to eat.

Not the property’s fault but prefer to be walkable to downtown Lexington

I was impressed with the cleanliness of the bathroom and room. The lobby was welcoming and impressive. The breakfast was more than adequate . I liked how the coffee was served, not in Carafes but out of an urn. Hot and flavorful .

The breakfast could have had a few more options.

The hotel was very convenient to the interstate and to the attractions in the area. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was typical for "free" breakfast! But the dining area was clean and food well stocked.

The pool area could use a good clean up, but we still used the pool and it was nice and warm!
