Location an facilities were great. It met most of my needs. I had a microwave and refrigerator that I didn't expect. The staff was extremely helpful.

The internet went out for two days, and I had great difficulty trying to check in for my return flight, Ultimately, I had to pay more for checked luggage because I had to purchase it at the airport, and had to get to the airport earlier than normal due to having to check in there. . Also, I was a 76-year-old female traveling alone, it was very difficult. I couldn't locate places in the area and find what businesses were there without internet mapping, etc.

It was surrounded by restaurants, a Walmart, gas station, auto part store...ALL that I NEEDED before getting back on the road to my home. Very convenient location!!

Wish breakfast would have been more than honey buns and yogurt. But, the coffee was good.

lady at desk was grumpy. stayed 2 days, had to go to office and ask for towels. no one came to straighten my room or give me clean towels.

Our room was nice and large to give us the space we needed and preferred. The staff was helpful and friendly and it's a great location to Walmart for shopping and close to the places we visited. A++ for allowing us to bring our fur babies. Even though at night the parking lot filled up, it remained quiet. It has been a very pleasant stay, we even booked another day.

The shower didn't have a lot of pressure, the safe in the room didn't work and the windows in our room needed wiping down. The breakfast remained honey buns and yogurt, but was expected during the covid period.
