Not easy to find, but well worth the detour. The spa facilities make the place. Hotel is from the seventies, dated, but prices are reasonable, rooms huge, beds comfortable. Dinner and breakfast buffet plenty. Pool is amazing with thermal water, hammam old but hot and clean. Loved it. Beautifully located on a peaceful mountainside.

Airco was not working properly, but I was on the second floor and could sleep with balcony doors open. No bugs, plenty of birds and birdsong 😍

The place is wonderful, with a lot of greenery in the surrounding, front desk team was excellent and very informative thanks to Omaima , Ilhem , khairi… The Room was big, clean, with nice views . Food at the main restaurant was delicious and our waiter Moez was very professional and welcoming. I recommend the place for everyone

I have booked full board, I did not like that we have to ask for water every meals, I think el mouradi should change his policy about water during the payed meals.

Lovely location. Very spacious room with panoramic views. Exceptionally helpful and friendly reception staff and restaurant staff. Good choice of fresh traditional food

The reception staff at the spa were not so friendly and welcoming

The staff are very friendly, the food is very nice and good variety to chooses from, the swing pool was nice and clean.

The furniture is very old, the carpet is not clean, the towels are overused, and the bed sheets.
