Good service as always. Never lets us down, the staff is friendly, polite and helpful. Beds are decent, black out curtains in each room, clean all around. Location is super convenient, close to everything you need - bus station, supermarkets, local sightseeings. hot and cold drinks are provided 24/7. Breakfasts are good too.

We stayed in different rooms every time, however the shower is always an issue - it’s not separated from the rest of the bathroom and the shower curtain isn’t long enough to hold the water at the bottom, you’re end up having dump and slippery bathroom floor. The shower is quite clogged up as well. There wasn’t enough parking space at the hotel’s car park that time , luckily there is another free car park across the road, which isn’t safe enough in comparison.

There isn't much choice of hotels in Rezekne. This one has the best location:standard ratio. It isn't anything special but it's ok. The restaurant has great tasting food.

It isn't really clean. It isn't dirty by any means but it hasn't seen a real deep clean in a long time. The shower is a fixed one - American style - and I hate those. The light in the bathroom is one of those irritating fluorescent ones which take ages to turn on. And hot water for tea isn't free - I just can't understand why.

Very kind staff. Breakfast is good, quality cheese, bread, pickled herring, omelette, unfortunately there was no oatmeal, fried or boiled eggs, bacon. Silent clean room, perfect location, quick warm water in the shower cabin))).

Very friendly staff, we arrived much later then planned (in the middle of the night) and were instantly warmly greeted. The room is comfortable, a baby cot was provided as requested. The breakfast is very good, buffet -style for a reasonable price. There is a free parking across the street.

Very friendly staff.. Due to a change of plans we came as two adults and one child (the hotel was booked for one adults and one child). We were given a two-room suite for no additional costs We were very pleased.

Breakfast quite basic. Shower in triple room don't have a shower head on hose, just fixed in a wall above head so it's not convenient for small kids.

Very good value for money in April 2023. The hotel is simple, but has everything one needs to overnight. Clean, good location. The breakfast was quite good and very good for the price.

As most properties in Eastern Europe, this one has no active ventilation (the bathroom has). You need to keep the window open in order to have air to breathe at night.

Staff is absolutely fantastic, they all went above and beyond to make our stay one we will remember
