My one-night stay at Vila Carol was absolutely fantastic, and I can't recommend it highly enough! The location is truly ideal, offering convenient on-site and street parking, yet still being a pleasant 10-minute walk from the city's main tourist attractions. My room was big and exceptionally clean, providing a very comfortable space. What truly made the experience stand out, however, was the reception staff. They were incredibly helpful and professional, making check-in and any inquiries a breeze. There's no doubt that I'll be returning to Vila Carol on my next visit!

Nothing I can think that could be better

The rooms are clean, the bed is comfortable. AC is also present. Parking - ok. Breakfast was absolutely perfect. Anyone will find what to eat.

The pillows were like a big jellyfish. Very uncomfortable. Internet is complicated to connect, a code for a week, needed to login on the login page etc. Therefore the speed is ok. As mentioned the rooms are clean, but they are simple. Cheap furniture etc. The most annoying thing is the curtain in the shower instead of glass doors. Also there was only a shampoo and piece of soap. There was no showergel or something. There was only a holder for bottles with shower gel. Everything, that is not functioning should be removed, or fixed.

Even without Genius Level 3, which always ensures that I get a large discount here, this is a good value option. I stay at the Tomas quite a lot, and this time I was given a large room, which was clean and comfortable, and that came with a small balcony, which is a great option for smokers. As always, the breakfast was better than most in the area, and that featured the usual good choice of hot and cold dishes, including bacon, sausages and fried eggs to keep the meat-eating English guests happy.

Visitors without their own transport might be put off by the location, but actually it's a simply and direct, four-stop ride on the bus (of which there are plenty) to and fron the bus station. It's now even possible to pay for the bus using a bank card, so really it couldn't be easier. Having recently recovered from a broken shoulder, I have noticed that the stairs to the upper floors don't have handrails, which might be an issue for some, although they do have a lift.

I liked the location, close to a grocery store. Very kind hotel staff and very good breakfast. There was windows that can be opened since already in easter it was warm and room gets warm. I recommend :)

I always stay here now when I'm in town because it's by far the best option considering the price and the fact that the breakfast is surprisingly good for a three-star hotel in Lithuania. The in-house restaurant is also very good if you're feeling lazy and you can't be bothered to go out to eat.

The location isn't te best, but it is located on a main road where there are a lot of buses running in and out of the centre.

There was a minir problem with my booking, but it was resolved to my satisfaction. The breakfast was great, there was a nice familiarity aming the staff, and tasty dishea to try. Everything was clean, I liked the hotel corridors.

Located on main road (see that it is has good and bad side to it), easy to find. Big rooms, with good furniture, there were enough of equipment, had big refrigerator. Room and bathroom were clean. Breakfast was good, there were enough of eating options. We ordered two rooms, one for us with 2 separate beds and another for our family member with one bed. Our room had bath and other room had shower.

Location is at city edge around 3-4 km from center. Hotel located at main city road, so there are a lot of passing cars noises (till 01:00 and later). There were people talking by our window almost till 02:00. There are no air conditioning in room, so on hot weather must sleep with open windows (which are source of noises). Bathroom could have more hangers and shower hanger were broken. The area where breakfast was served was very small and there were a lot of people there. Service staff was late bringing new food. TV could be better, size was ok, but it had no option to see channel name, information and guide part was not working too.

Clean rooms, very helpful staff, all necessary amenities are in the room. Very close to Siauliu arena, Akropolis. Nice restaurant in the same building-highly recommended.

Staff were excellent - very friendly, informative and welcoming. Breakfast choice was good - a lot of options and well presented.

Taxi service from the hotel to the city centre was an issue - having to wait 30 minutes for a taxi to arrive on one occasion - it would have been quicker to walk, literally, which made me late for a meeting. Book a taxi well in advance if you need to use one. Room very good but only a thin duvet and the nights were beginning to get cold.

I did like the room size. It was spacious enough. Great location near the main street. You can go to restaurant in the same building. Wifi was really stable. Great breakfast with multiple options to choose one. I do recommend omlette.
