If you are staying in Bitola we highly recommend this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable. There is a lift so no need to carry your luggage up and down the stairs. Breakfast was excellent. We had number of days in Bitola. We only ate at the restaurant. The food was great and in big portions. Price was very reasonable. So stop looking around for a hotel in the area and just book this place. You want be disappointed. M&L from Australia

My only recommendation yo the hotel is that you provided a jug for coffee but no cups or complimentary coffee. This was not an issue for us but it may be for others.

Staff, location and comfort. My room was clean and the cleaner was simply the best always asked if i needed anything. Great staff, restaurant was amazing! Coffee was to perfection, double every morning. Simply wonderful.

Airconditioning was unusual setting. The room was quite warm during the day however was more pleasant in the evening. The power outlets were not working where the desk area was but that could have been due to power outage. Overall everything was fantastic!

It is a cosy hotel in a good location . Whilst reception is not manned or was not during our stay the staff in restaurant did their best to manage both. Noting the restaurant was busy when we arrived. All staff were very pleasant and helpful including the housekeeping. The room size is cosy but comfortable. The restaurant food quality is good. Breakfast was really good and plentiful even though it was ala carte from 4/5 menu options. The choices were great. On our last morning as we had an early departure the staff prepared us a breakfast pack that was substantial. Included drink, 2 pieces of fruit and 2 sandwiches each! Overall a good experience for us.

As there is a kettle and cups in room, maybe a few teabags, sugar and coffee sachets! We carry our own so it was ok.

Centrally located, helpful staff and clean good rooms. very attentative to leave some dutch flowers (fake) and a dutch tourist book about Macedonia in the room had a bit trouble finding them because they are a bit obscured in a corner on the square, which is hard to see from a car but when I got out it was easily found breakfast is in the hotel restaurant and has a special menu with options for the hotelguests. breakfast was good.

allthough the profile says there is a parking at the hotel, and I contacted them about it also they only let me know on the day itself they do not actual have a parking. I arrived on a sunday and then its free parking on the street, but on the monday its paid and a bit difficult because you have to pay for it by SMS with a macedonian number. I ended up parking at the grocerystore, which I had to pay on monday when I wanted to leave (not much, but its a little bit of a hassle when you expect parking of the hotel)

The rooms were spacious and very clean. The hotel has an amazing restaurant with brilliant food. The staff were very polite, professional, very accommodating. The location was perfect! I would recommend this hotel to anybody to come and experience perfect service.

Just a little suggestion. In the rooms there is a kettle but no coffee and tea. It would be nice when you wake up early to be able to make yourself coffee.

I had a small corner room. The shower was very good. The bed was ok. The breakfast was very good

Smoking in the restaurant. As others mentioned the level of smoke is unbearable. I had dinner with a colleague in the restaurant for 1.5 hours we both felt like we smoked the whole night. In addition the waiters also smoke. So the restaurant doesn’t do anything to separate smokers from non smokers. The whole positive impression of the hotel was ruined as i was completely smoked through

The food in the restaurant was excellent, the same breakfast was according to the menu, but very abundant, you can't eat everything, all praise for the food. the rooms were clean and very well arranged. The hotel is in the center of all events in Bitola. Anita, who works in the bar and at the reception, is a very kind person. much praise for her.

The only small thing was that we were on the first floor, so in the evening you could hear the music from the bar below, but it didn't last until late. for people with a young spirit it is no problem. All in all it was great.

Location

Even though the noise from the restaurant quieted down after 12am, it was far too late for travelers who have been discovering the city and planned to be up early the next day. This is the only thing otherwise hotel staff were awesome and hotel is great

Very well located, only a few minutes from the vibrant old main streets with plenty of small shops and dining possibilities. Many historic buildings are to be found there. In the backyard, it is the way to the old bazaar part of the town, reachable in a two or three minute walk. The hotel is renovated with a bar, very nice rooms, and friendly staff. Recommendable.

The most problematic thing is the smoking allowance inside the dining room. Only a minor flaw is an unimaginative selection of breakfasts and accompanying drinks.

Very well located, in the old bazaar areal, but 5 minutes walking from the main shopping/cafe street. Excellent room, very spacious, and with relatively good sound-proof. Cleaning staff was the friendliest. The room had a small kettle, which is a very good idea!

Breakfast should also have the option of black tea, which can easily be bought in a supermarket. They only had coffee. The breakfast options were really good, but staff missed some of the items in the breakfast.
