I loved the omelet. There was plenty of fresh food. Restaurant staff was multilingual and very helpful. They accommodated my disabled mother for extra couple of hours while I took care of a flat tire in my car. Refet, the receptionist, arranged a couple of phone calls to tire places.

Too much of French music. Although, French music it may appeal to many people, I would have preferred a mix of Italian music, Argentinian tango, traditional Albanian dance music.

It’s 10 minutes’ walk to the colorful mosque. Staff are friendly and helpful. A lot of eateries nearby. Breakfast is quite good. Very spacious room.

Facilities are a bit dated. Can tell the history of the hotel. Just one thing to correct from the description of the hotel, the bus station is 20 minutes’ walk from the hotel, definitely not 500 meters.

We are extremely satisfied with our stay in this hotel. The staff is very kind. We booked two double rooms, but we asked for a replacement for a triple room because one family member did not come with us. Due to our specific situation, we had the need to extend our stay the next day by a couple of hours. They allowed us and did not charge us extra. The hotel is located in the very center of the city. The rooms are nicely decorated, clean and the beds are very comfortable. We slept really well. If we ever come to Tetovo again, we will definitely stay in this hotel.

The room was spacious, the bed was big. The hotel was in the centre. The terrace for breakfast was very pleasant.

Arrival was difficult. There is a restaurant in the same block which makes the layout confusing. Breakfast was OK but minimal. The shower head was broken, no big deal but a few small things added up.

Lady receptionist not friendly. No smile .when I got back was knocking the window. She did niot even care .to look who was knocking the door. I thought was lock .

Back for our second visit, and we got a room upgrade through our booking, which was nice. And extra sitting area and a good bed, with extra help from the staff with extra pillows.

Last time we visited, we had individually cooked breakfast because it was during Covid, now there was a buffet, which was nice in theory, but not great in practice. Nothing really fresh with still 1.5 hours remaining of breakfast time.

In the heart of the city, with nice rooms and a beautiful view of the central square and the mountains surrounding the city, with steady wi-fi network, that is legit for working/studying and nice breakfast. The people in the reception are polite and ready to help you with your stay.

Rooms could be a little bit more cleaner, soaps, shampoos & Q-tips should be daily renewed, and there were some problems with functioning the TV signal to work properly and broadcast programs.

Very central location, overlooking Tetovo's main square. A business class hotel, nothing to rave about but efficient and comfortable. Quite big room. Good breakfast served in hotel restaurant with a nice balcony overlooking the square. Parking behind the building - somewhat tight but free which is a bonus at such central location.

Big room, good beds. In bathroom was even onetime toothbrush!

On breakfast we asked for coffee and got Nescafe, not normal coffee, but in overal breakfast was okay.
