On the weekend the rooftop bar was full of the locals (young, 16-25 yrs). Big queue in the lobby, waiting for the lift to go up. Staff makes sure to let the hotel guests in front (very good). But we couldnt find a space in the bar, and the bar was full of smoke, because all the people smoked inside (which is normal there). I was on the 9th floor but couldnt sleep very well, because it was loud outside, traffic and cat and dogs fighting..

Mercure Tetovo was a great value for the price, even if the facilities are a bit dated (the dated facilities is the only reason I gave the hotel a 9 rather than a 10. As part of a hotel chain, I hold it to a higher standard than locally owned guesthouses). It was very easy to locate/navigate by car - just off the major road heading into Tetovo meant I was not stressed upon arrival. Free parking is provided in the gated lot in front of the hotel (a voucher is provided upon departure). Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean, quiet, and comfortable. I slept well. Highly recommend. Would stay again.

Friendly staff, good location, clean and well equiped hotel. Even the breakfast is fresh and very tasty and you can also find local food to taste:)

Even if it is more the fault of the guests going to sleep with dirty hair, the pillows could be washed, not only the bedding. It is hard to fall asleep with sensitive nose:) still I think this hotel is amazing for what you get for its price.

What an amazing experience We had at the Mercure Hotel in Tetovo! The room was really nice and comfortable, with a breathtaking view of the city and mountains in the background. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful, which made the whole stay even better. The hotel's location was perfect, and I really enjoyed exploring the area. The hotel itself is very nice. The staff is also really nice and helpful.

The breakfast is really not up to standards, very limited choice and the yoghurts are not stored cold. The coffee is also not very good. In hindsight we should have made Tetovo a quick stop-by instead of staying the night, there really is not much to do in the city for tourists.

Stayed for one night, weekend. Big parking lot in front shared with the local mall, well lit, cameras all around, safe. Nice, clean rooms with everything needed. Great continental breakfast.

Construction site in the vicinity, so not the quietest morning.

Breakfast was little weak. Variety was limited and most things were cold. Hotel 5 star and providing drinking water first day and only one time.

Very close to the busstation, bazar, shops, restaurants and the site seeing things Nice rain shower...all you need in a small room Ontbijt was excellent also the rooftop restaurant is very high quality food and nice macadamia wine but the music was to loud especially in the beginning they had terrible modern music later in the evening they turned on the hotel music which contains American Old school Rock and that's music we like.....

The breakfast was very good in taste and different assortments.

The function of post block. If you need to move with your car 2-3 time per day, you need to take a a special ticket at reception. this is no good.

Breakfast was excellent with a great selection of local products and continental style as well. It would be even greater if there was a coffee machine (self-service) for coffee/tea. Location of the hotel was great, next to the local market and supermarket and a small mall. Room was as expected and as seen in pictures. Staff were very helpful, polite, helped me with exchanging euros to the local currency so I didn't have to look for an ATM machine. Strong wi-fi throughout the hotel. Comfortable room.
