I don't think you could get a better location, close to the sea, close to the bars and restaurants but far enough away to be quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful.The internet worked well.
We didn't try the restaurant as it was regularly closed,not sure why but it didn't matter as there are plenty nearby.

Could not recommend it more. The location is great, the rooms are super comfortable, with AC, a fridge and a huge bathroom. The staff is AMAZING... they went out of their way to make sure i had everything I needed and made me decide to go back another night during my stay in Madagascar. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Most of the staff were very friendly. Cleaning staff very good and friendly. Excellent safe and secure parking. For me very good location. Manageress Karen very helpful and friendly and spoke excellent English. Nice quiet reception area to sit and browse the internet. I found the connection better here than in my room, NOT a complainant.
NOT a complaint but i used to enjoy the restaurant when the front was open and you could people watch. Of course this is MY opinion

No breakfast on Thursdays, because of staff holiday, this is very strange and it never happen across the world

Central location but close and to the beach. Room cleaning and linen change was daily. The room was really comfortable. Excellent value for money.
It doesn't have a swimming pool. But it cannot be created in the middle of the road.

Friendly and helpful staff. Great cleaners. The situation is very central to many locations such as beach and restaurants/bars and indoor market. Rooms good and spacious Good value for money. Second visit to Java hotel. Will stay again on next visit to Toamasina
