The Breakfast is vast, with many options, and changes daily so it doesn't get boring. The rooms are clean, the staff are friendly, and the reception is efficient and quick. The location is great, with many Taxi Options. The gardens are kept well, and walking through the premises is a pleasure.

The sliding windows are GREAT, But there is no screen, so you can't leave it open at night, as mosquitoes come in! The food at the restaurant is overpriced, to be honest! The Wi-Fi was bad. My TV in the room had a problem, which was never resolved.

The hotel provided an excellent breakfast with a wide variety of options available. The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming both at check-in and check-out. When I needed to extend my stay by an extra day, I was delighted to be upgraded to a suite free of charge. The hotel's strategic location offered easy access to nearby services such as banks and other amenities, making it a convenient choice.

On the first night, the meal I ordered was disappointing. However, when I ordered the same dish on my next night, it exceeded my expectations and was quite good. Regrettably, the air conditioner was dripping, causing the carpet to become soggy.

Friendly staff, good meals, including some local dishes and Malawian drinks (a plus!), and a wealth of options for breakfast. The room was neat and beautifully decorated. Comfortable bed, with a view to the internal garden that was soothing after a day's work. I felt welcomed.

The hotel was slow in responding to questions I posted in the Booking's system. As a result, there was an issue with my pick up in the airport.

The breakfast is really good, and what one has to emphasize on this hotel is the friendly staff. I think one of the best in Linlongwe.

The part of the hotel where I was , is one with a bad receiption of wifi signal, and bad internet connection therefore. I asked the reception to get it sorted out, and they gave me a box which allowed to have a good wifi connection. The management should put permanently this box in this part of the hotel.

The location is central to the business district of Lilongwe and the property is beautiful. The staff were extremely personable and helpful. There are decent restaurants within a short drive.

The wifi connection wasn't as strong as needed to work from each individual hotel room; for example, I had a signal but it was not strong enough for calls and I had to consistently log back in after it dropped me.

Location was close to our meeting venue. The food was very good including the freshly squeezed juice.

The hotel is big and one easily gets lost, the directions to restaurant from the rooms is not very clear. The gym is outdated and needs an upgrade.

Good enough

Up till now, I have not yet receive a receipt of my expenses at the hotel despite the fact that I asked for it while checking out. I gave my email address to the receptionist who promised to send the receipt online. As I write, I have not been able to retire my expenses to my organisation. This is not good.

The personnel was very helpful and gentle

I felt the waiters in Restaurant observed every bite I tokk and removed the plate even before I finished

I cannot comment that because l didn't have breakfast for a religious mandate . But l am sure it was fabulous

Nothing really. Plus l stayed just a night.

Liked the local food. I liked the Health Club manager (Julio), who too time to teach me swimming at no extra charge.
