I like how the facilities are very accommodating and there is one staff member who is very polite and honest, the young gentleman ex diploma kuis student maybe a part timer there, hes very honest and keeps our belongings safely and neatly around the facilities area. also the facilities are clean, comfortable and provide a free flow of Coway water. The inside room also provides iron for guest use. surround area also lot of restaurant available with many halal choices. overall the stay was uneventful

can improve regarding the old facilities, old stain in bathroom which is an eyesore bed linen which is already torn with a thin blanket.

Walking upon the lobby/entrance, i was very surprised.The scent is very similar when i walked into a luxury spa. The surrounding is very elegant and clean.The smell is so nice, that I will definitely dont mind if I need to stay longer at the lobby (which it didnt happen! the check-in process is so smooth and quick).The lift also clean and smells so good. I dont know if we were so lucky or what-but we never have to wait for the lift. As if the lift is there only for us! The room is extremely clean and also smells nice.Iron and iron board are provided inside the room.Even though there is no kettle, but there is a water dispenser (free) and a coffee machine (cost rm3 per cup) at the lobby.There is even a simple instruction on how to use the water heater (inside toilet) , which i like.Even the rental fee is cheap, they provide basic amenities such as soap and toothbrush+toothpaste. Car parking is easy, as there were many empty spaces at the time we arrived (around 3.10pm). And the best thing is, we do not need to go far to get our meals. We went to the kedai tomyam for our dinner (do not remember the name, but only required us to walk a few steps from the hotel)- had siakap set : cheap and superb! and for our breakfast, we went to the kedai mamak - just the next door. In conclusion, we will definitely come again and again if we are looking somewhere to stay at Bangi TQ!!

Not really the hotel's fault actually, but there was a group of another tenant who were very loud, even at night. Since I have a baby, and the room is not very soundproof (heard them talking and yelling when they were walking exactly in front of our door), I found it a bit annoying. So please people, we have to be considerate to others.

I recently stayed for a night at this cozy little hotel, and although it's located in a shop lot, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the amenities. The bathroom, in particular, was a standout feature—clean, modern, and on par with what you'd expect from a 3 to 4-star hotel. Despite its small size, the hotel offers great comfort and attention to detail. It's perfect for a short stay, especially if you're looking for something affordable yet high in quality. I’d definitely stay here again.

Counter staff (Kelantanese one) should treat guests well, look them in the eyes.

The location is strategic. Easy to find foods as lot of choices around the hotel. For lot choices, can go to Bandar Seri Putra town that only less than 1km from the hotel. You won't be hungry. There is iron and iron board in each room. So easy and love it. Also there is water dispenser at every floor. Great hospitality the hotel provides.

it could be better if the hotel put extra mirror in the room as there only 1 mirror in the toilet. Other than that, nothing to be complained.

The interiors are nice and aesthetic at certain place. The best part,they have iron & iron board in the room, which is very convenient for travellers. Water pressure are great! Basic toiletries were provided too. They do have water dispenser at lobby area. They have kiblat sign in the room, and also basic TV channel.

Could have provide floor mate in front of the toilet, so that we didn't wet the floor after going out from the toilet.

The location was great, ample parking lively eaternaries and tiny boutique hotel with not much facilities but got a nice place to sleep 😴. Hope you can look behind the contains for me room 216 lots dust,I cleaned a bit myself,

Every thing was so simple , felt like going to your personal bedroom,which was good,and location was greate,

- Many food outlet nearby. - Clean - functioning elevator - friendly & helpful staffs

- no convinient store nearby ( eg. 7-E, KKmart etc) - sleeping blanket too thin - unable to get hot-water when shower, no matter which direction the tap handle is turned, still no hot water… very inconvinient to shower at night & early morning

The location is excellent 👍🏻 its easy to find food and muslim friendly.

My room is facing the restaurant so i can hear they working very loud in the early morning. Second, I found a firebrat under blanket, its show the room might look clean but not for tiny insects, it might hiding elsewhere. Imagine if its goes into someone ears 🥴

The bathroom was clean with good water pressure and it comes with a handheld bidet for cleaning. - The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the bedsheets were tidy. - Parking was convenient as it uses the municipal (Majlis Perbandaran) parking system, so finding a spot wasn’t a problem. - Friendly and fast service at the front desk.

Lobby was very inviting. Staff was friendly, helpful and polite. room was clean and nice. there was iron in the room. worth the money. highly recommended. there's a 24 hours mamak restaurant right beside, so no problem for food.
