The toilet is super and very clean, with a clean bathroom and floor. Unlike most hotels, the TV is working properly. The drinks I requested were okay & enough for my visit to Bintulu. There is no strange noise at night during my sleeping time.

The bed is good, but the pillows are a bit smaller for people who use big pillows like me. This is not good for my neck, either. But I love the bed sheet though.

i like the facilities nearby have a lot of option with food, easy to walking distance went to shop, the staff also helpful and politely explained about my stay. same goes with the cleaner as i asked the plastic bag, they also being friendly and nice toward me.

i did try the room service for food but due to the cafe was occupied with event so i cant try their room service but i have option of grab food nearby as i lazy to go for food hunter, so kinda helpful with grab food around.

Great location and very clean rooms. Its was very good place to stay in. Wonderdul rooms, enough for family. I was booked for 3 rooms and 3 nights to stayin. Wifi is very good.

The bathroom s lock was not working. Make sure good communication between front desk with room services because on the third days we stay in, the cleaner suddenly entered our room. Im was very shocked. And i knew thats happen cause due to miscommunication.

Stays 5 nights at family room. Nearby to eatery, dobby and accessable to public transportation.

Although the public carpark available, there is often full and no security.

Shopping complex just round the corner. Very convenient

Only one entrance card given upon check in. Firstly, of course inconvenience using one card if going down one person and others left in the room with no electricity supply. Sorry to say. That's a bit inconvenience.

It’s really cheap and comfortable for 4 people family stay. Very near to shopping mall like farley, restaurants, clothing, bakery.

So near to every where. I was in a hurry to settle my daughter at upm. Helped a lot to have stayed there. Near supermarket.

im not trying the breakfast yet. the location is strategic and easy access. Easy for me to find food and also shopping!.
