Parkcity Everly Hotel Bintulu consistently offers a comfortable and pleasant stay. The rooms are clean and spacious, providing a cozy environment for relaxation. The staff are friendly and accommodating, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. The facilities, including the pool and dining area, are well-maintained and enhance the overall experience.

The Wi-Fi could be improved, as the connection was occasionally slow during my stay. Additionally, the soundproofing in the rooms could be enhanced to minimize noise from neighboring rooms and the corridor.

Just to share my gratitude to this hotel actually. During covid time me and my daughter who was 3 years old at that time was travelling from Miri. Due to work i had to travel to Bintulu and i had to bring her with me. I had made booking at another hotel but sadly our booking was rejected due to the quarantine policy does not allow small children to stay at the hotel. Thankfully Parkcity Everly Hotel open their doors to us to stay. I will be forever grateful to this hotel. Amazing and very friendly staff eventhough it is an old hotel.

It slowly aging but all are well working

Our stay at Parkcity Everly Hotel Bintulu was an exceptional experience. The hotel boasts a beautiful and serene setting, with lush gardens and a scenic view of the South China Sea. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with modern amenities. We were particularly impressed by the hospitality of the staff, who were always courteous and ready to assist with any requests. The hotel's facilities, including the swimming pool and fitness center, were well-maintained and added to our overall enjoyment. Additionally, the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, catering to all tastes.

While our overall experience was fantastic, there were a couple of minor inconveniences. The Wi-Fi connection in our room was occasionally slow, making it a bit challenging to stay connected. Additionally, the hotel's location, while offering beautiful views, was somewhat isolated, requiring a bit of travel to access local attractions and dining options.

Breakfast buffet was exceptionally good. Has multiple varieties. Food was delicious, well served. Rooms are clean, neat. The TV in the executive room was awesome, with good sound system. We were watching Netflix as if we were in cinema. Standard amenities were provided.

Wifi was good but we keep losing the connection occassionally, so we had to login again after a few moments of inactivity. We were attending a wedding reception in one of the hall, and the red carpet was not properly laid. There were some grooves, it wasn’t flat enough and we have to be very careful so we don’t trip over. And the hall lighting could have been better especially for the stage.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. We made use of the facilities like the swimming pool and sauna. We also enjoyed the buffet breakfast spread which was really value for money. The service staff like the concierge and gym staff were very friendly and helpful.

The front office personnel could be friendlier. When I checked in, although it was done efficiently, I got the feeling that I was just another task that needs to be done. For example, when asking for my phone number, you would expect that in a service industry, the very least they could do is ask, "May I have your phone number here please?" Instead, I was asked "Phone" . Other than that, I really liked the hotel.

I’ve stayed at Parkcity Everly Hotel Bintulu a few times, and it continues to impress me with its comfort and quality. The rooms are spacious, clean, and provide a cozy atmosphere that makes each stay relaxing. The staff are friendly and attentive, adding to the welcoming experience. I had an excellent stay at Parkcity Everly Bintulu! The big corner room they provided was spacious and comfortable. The bed was incredibly cozy, ensuring a restful night's sleep. One thing I really appreciated was the ample space in the room, which allowed me to perform my solah comfortably. The combination of a great room and accommodating facilities made my stay truly enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bintulu.

While my stay at Parkcity Everly Bintulu was overall wonderful, there was one aspect that I didn't quite like. The toilet in the room had a persistent stinky urine smell, likely from previous occupants. I believe it's essential for the management to address and rectify this issue promptly to ensure a more pleasant experience for future guests.

Breakfast seems to be improved from my previous month stay. I like the fact that towels are provided FOC upon request (because I travelled with children and needed the extra towels) My children managed to experience the sauna room happily. My spouse enjoyed the gym.

I had to ask for a room slipper as it was not provided (more to missed). I noticed absence of enough hand towels.

The property provides alot of space for parking, a very good breakfast, polite & friendly staffs. When we requested for something, it will be provided immediately. Plus it is just few steps from the mall which is very much convenient. Well done!

The phone is not working & have to order anything via whats app which is inconvient for an elderly like us

The hotel has a relaxing ambience. No hustle bustle despite its close proximity to a mall. The housekeeping staff were helpful and quick to respond to our requests. Kudos to the housekeeping staff.

The toiletries provided were in small bottles which is insufficient. It would have been better if the hotel provides shower foam, shampoo & hand wash in bottles attached to the wall.
