The room was clean, air con was cooling, Nono fridge and kettle worked well. Housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful. Reasonable value for money. Near to convenience stores and eateries.

Front desk/ reception staff were a bit unfriendly, borderline rude. Breakfast is very simple and there were some flies near the sauces. Room 202 bathroom sink is slow to drain.

Hotel building and rooms are relatively new, therefore good cleanliness and comfort overall. Location are very much accessible and strategic in my opinion. Our room rate include breakfasts which are an excellent bang for your bucks for the rate the hotel is charging. In summary, I would recommend this hotel for a small family that are visiting Bintulu for a short trip/holiday. I will be looking to stay at the hotel again if the opportunity comes.

Not much. Almost everything meet my expectations.

I like the location. Nearby has a mall. The toilet has the auto-bidet function. A proper size desk for my laptop and other work stuff. The restaurant "D'place" has a lot of choices for both my muslim /non-muslim friends.

If i have to nick pick, toilet seat macam not totally compatible with the toilet bowl. Overall good for the price.

Very good location, very friendly staff, and the rooms very clean and well maintained. Checkin and checkout process very fast with even providing doing that online prior to the arrival.

There is no minus for this stay from my side. All was good - I booked without breakfast, so can’t comment on that.

Clean room, clean hotel interior. Friendly staff at the café. Aircond worked well. Amenities such as ironing board and kettle available. Water cooler available at the lobby.

The bathroom fixtures were a bit moldy and the room had a leak stain on the ceiling. No leeway given for slightly later check out than noon ( we only asked for a half hour extension). Small ink (?) Stains on the bedsheet.

The location is OK. But the choice for outside breakfast is very limited with on 1 or 2 kopitian open with limited menu.

The room is not sound proof. Can hear ppls conversations at night when they pass thru my room. Worst is that the sound of shower from room above is so loud if they shower early in the morning b4 I woke up.

the toilet don't have long hose pipe. not satisfy with the built in bidet only. and pleaseeeee install roller blind for room that have transparent wall between the toilet

Location near to restaurants. Plenty of parking space. Safe to park your car.

Breakfast was told at 630am. But when I reached at the restaurant around 645am, some of the foods was not ready yet. Only available that time was porridge & bread. Not much variety of foods.
