Finding the place was easy enough and parking was more than adequate. Check-in process was quick and the hotel ambiance was really nice. The room was adequately spacious as the design making use of minimal space. The room and bathroom was really clean and nicely designed. Fully equip with amenities along with mini fridge. The bed was really comfy and with excellent buffet-style breakfast provided. Breakfast option was limited but it's being counter with good service and good quality cooking. Around the place, I believe it's mostly banks but there's a supermarket walking distance from the hotel for supplies.

Concierge service was not available or it seems because I did stop by in-front of the lobby to ask direction to parking but no one offer to take my luggage. In-room TV, though it was huge Smart TV but it's not activated hence no Netflix :(

Lots to choose from for breakfast. Asian, western and a tad of japanese. Friendly and warm reception and staff. Clean bathrooms and lovely scented room.

The door handle was jammed and we only knew about this after we told the reception bout the card not working to open the key. Turned out it wasnt the card tht didnt work but the door handle.

It was a pleasant stay at Fairfield. Room is cozy and really clean. Staffs were friendly and professional from front desk till the cafe staffs. Should give them 5 stars for their service. Only to add more stars for the hotel is to add more amenities like pool and sauna. More options food for buffet. Overall is a big thumbs up 👍.

International standard hotel, personnel was friendly and professional. Hotel is calm. Recommended.

Hotel is a bit far from outside restaurants by walk and the shopping mall behind is nearly empty.

Fairfield is definitely a 10 out of 10 place to stay. They have everything from ironing board to hairdryer and all that you could think of. From front desk to the housekeeping, the staffs always put on a bright smile when I passed by them or giving me ways. I love the experience

The staff especially Miss Yukie, Garvey and other front desk staffs are extremely helpful and friendly to help us settle down in the hotel and the city.

Rooms r cleans and good. The gym was amazing and the added pool table is great. Breafast is okay.

The location is a bit dull in the shoploft however the pasar Malam is convenient.

There was music thumping through the walls past 11pm on the Tuesday night. Whether this was from an inside hotel area or it was external I don't know - perhaps business travelers could be told of this in advance so they can plan accordingly
