One thing I really like about this hotel is the bed. The bed is so soft, comfortable, and very cozy. I made a request for a nice room, and the staff took note of it. The check-in process was easy, no need to deal with the counter, especially since I arrived late and was tired. It's perfect for couples, but for families with children, it might be better to book a larger room

There is no lift, which makes it a bit difficult if you have a lot of luggage and need to climb the stairs. The bathroom is a bit small, and the floor is somewhat sticky.

Very clean and comfort. Good service, fast reply. Nice environtment, near to facilitiea like aeon, lotus and a lot of halal restaurant.

I think need to close toilet like partition, because the smell until to bedroom. Toilet must put some curtain at window, because, people outside the hotel will seeing your shadow body shape..

This property is a good value for money, the mattress is large, the room is comfortable enough, near to shopping mall Aeon st18.

Limited of restaurant accessible by walking, but if you are driving then tons of restaurant available.

Beds are very comfortable, showers are working fine and the setup of the hotel and the room is very classic. Do note it is DIY check in with no staff available at the reception. However, the response was super fast via whatsapp.

Some might find the areas near the curtains abit dusty, if you are particular. Area abit far away from the main town, but this explains the good value (price) of the room.

It was good value for money, especially for an overnight stay for solo traveler. Adequately covered the basic needs, but with good quality.

Noting really to complain. Was grateful enough that had a comfortable and clean place to stay.

Even though we couldn't see or meet the staff but the overall cleanliness of the room, toilet, staircases are well kept and good. The eatery outlets are easily available and within a walking distance. Would check-in again if the hotel maintained at the affordable rate.

However, the shower/ water heater is not working well and requires for an immediate repair.

The smells of cigarette smoking for some room and hallway on first floor too heavy smell, for non smoking is so disturbing and sensitive because we have baby and asthma family members.

The place was clean. Extremely comfortable bed. The room size must be a little big.

Water heater has to be checked as the pressure is not so good and not able to adjust.
