The owner and staffs were helpful. We made hotpot in the place and they provided some facilities and tools for us to make hot pot. The owner was so kind helping us to buy some medicine for my husband muscle sprain. The place was clean, and pretty. We enjoyed well for our mooncake festival family gathering.

The only down fall for the place was having too much of mosquitoes, even we tried to let our babies wore long sleeves, the mosquitoes bite so fast, they still got bitten a lot. For adults, it resolves fast, for my baby it became big and swollen... maybe because she had less immunity.

Beautiful scenery and the room looks authentic Japanese house which is amazing. The accomodation also surrounded with lake and beautiful architecture. The most amazing feature is the rocky hills surrounded the area which are beautiful.

The internet line was poor, hope in future the owner could provide internet wifi and it will be amazing as we like to post beautiful pictures of your facilities to Instagram or tik tok.

mosquitoes, huge and a lot!!!! i think the ponds/lakes are breeding them, although it looks very pretty. cant really sit outside and enjoy nature

It is a comfortable and quiet place to stay with beautiful scenery, The room looks exactly like the authentic Japanese house. The place also provides kimono for us to wear and take photos around which is fantastic.

Everything is good but preferably to have WIFI and microwave in room.

The view, the surrounding, quietness... owner really take efford and creativity to the next level... there a lot of instagramble place surrounding the compound. The fact that only tenant is allowed to be in the compound with auto gate make it perfect. A bathtub can make it full circle

1)No ironing facilities in the room or per request basis idk 3)some of the area require to be maintained such as pond.

I love the atmosphere and privacy there. It just that I am not expecting to share a house with different rooms. Maybe am misunderstood the picture from Booking com. Overall,it was a great stay.

I loveeee this place so much.. its beautiful the ambience is soo perfect for me who love nature & greens.. the host Nick is very friendly n welcoming. Such a big room tht can fit abt 6 pax with extra mattress.. n... they provide simple kimono tooo🫢if u wanna get away from the normal hotel rooms this is it!!

Place is like a hidden resort in a housing/industrial area, and you can tell that a lot of passion was put into the designs of the chalet types. The staff/owners were also very friendly. Rooms had all the basic amenities, but i think the reflective windows were installed the wrong way in my room, so i had full-on mirrors while being entirely visible from the outside 🤣 (wasn't a problem since i had the curtains drawn at night)

One of the ponds looked grimy, which stands out a little more I'm comparison to everything else. I also found lizard droppings on the floor, table, and chair. Not a big deal though.

I loved it here. Room is so spacious and bed is comfortable. Concept is really nice. Can get nice pictures taking around the resort. Check in and check out process is very convenient. Keep it up.

Different staying experience in Ipoh. Lush of green surrounding the homestay. The place can be a bit of distance from the town, but it won't be an issue if you have a car
