2 minute walk from Aeon Station 18, super convenient to get food from the supermarket. Decent looking Japanese restaurant at the ground floor too, I would love to try it next time. The location isn’t very central, but good enough for me as I was looking for a place to stay near my friends’ house. I prefer this branch to the M Boutique Ipoh as there are more things to eat around here. Lobby decor is nice

Small things, if I really had to point things out: I fed back to the staff that my room’s bidet was leaking - something that’s a very small matter and can be fixed by replacing the bidet. The mini fridge was really not cold at all. For my room the air conditioning was facing the bed so it can get pretty cold - having said that some people need it to be really cold so it’s not a complaint.

Design of the building and interior is nice and quite artistic. It's located right next to an AEON in case you need some supplies. Quite comfy pillows and duvet.

The layout of the room is a bit weird (very long instead of square, which makes it feel somewhat small. TV Location on the side instead of in front of the bed. Bathroom is large but instead of having a simple shower cabin they put a glass wall for shower and toilet together and you can't open the glass door fully as it's blocked by the toilet. A bit weird but not a deal breaker.

The hotel is beautifully decorated and furnished with vintage like decor and creative layouts. The design is worthy of a fashion magazine photo shoot. The superior bedroom was very large, had a comfortable bed, comfortably air conditioned, and well equipped with safety box, refreshments, and bathroom amenities. The location of hotel was a short walk from a local shopping mall with a variety of stores and amenities.

There were no breakfast on site and no nearby eateries that offered breakfast before 11am. The location of the hotel was in a still incompleted shopping strip, very dirty corridors with uncollected trash, and too many stray dogs.

Near Aeon shopping centre. and Grab services are easily available. It's a bit further from town and takes about 15 minutes to town. The hotel was very dark and they should install more lighting in corridor to rooms, also appear dusty with lanterns hanging in the walkway.

Lights in bathroom was not functioning and staff (only one at reception) was not able to assist. Seems a little bit odd to have only one staff and no one else to assist. Bathroom was dark. Also - there is no one to assist in emergency if anyone needs help in hotel.

Staff very friendly and nice, attending with a smile. Aesthetic of the hotel is nice, as per photos, not the usual boring hotel looks. Rooms were clean and decent size. The restaurant’s deco is also good.

1. Location is tad far from town center. 2. Would be better if the cabin room’s shower area has rails to hang towel at further end ( shower area is huge by comparison to standard rooms) 3. No small towels.

This is my 3rd time with M Boutique Hotel Station 18. I got my request worked out as i prefer a proper bathroom with doors rather than a open concept bathroom. The cleanliness was a whole lot more better than my previous stay, no dirt stains coming out during shower. The staff was superbly friendly who got what i requested for like room slippers, shower gel and tissue box. I think im starting to like this place for short stay somehow.

I think the pricing with booking.com and what the hotel charged wasnt tally. The hotel charged extra?! Other than that i think its ok.

We took the family suite and it was really spacious for 5 of us (1 adults and 3 children). The room has a separate lounge area and equipped with 2 king-size beds. It was really comfortable for everyone after a long drive from Kuala Perlis.

The location seems a bit far from town but there is a mall next to the hotel. The walls may be a bit thin as we could hear the guest in the next room talking on the phone (or this could just be us having sensitive ears)

The rooms were clean & well furnished. The decor was very interesting & unique. There were many instagrammable spots inside & outside the hotel.

No buffet breakfast offered. That is a definite disadvantage. Carpet around the bed/living area would make the place more comfortable. Location wise, it was a bit far from central Ipoh. Since we arrived when it was dark we were a bit concerned about safety as the surrounding area looked deserted. We were assured that there were good security for the premises.

The rooms were eclectic but functional. I booked a king room for my family of 4. It had a poster bed and a rollaway. The room was big and had ample space for clothes and things. The bathroom has big too. The atmosphere was very chill and so instagrammeable. There's a 99 mart across the hotel and Aeon Mall is 5 minutes walk away, so it's very convenient.

Nothing which I didn't like given that it's a relaxed place like Ipoh! Only thing to mention is that is a bit of a drive away for breakfast as most of the coffeeshops are the area are only open for lunch and dinner.
