The room , bathroom was clean and easy for parking

The water pressure quite slow and iron box they provided not hot enough for us to iron clothes

Everything went well except the noise. The room was located at L1 which is fine but the staff working outside around L1 (Probably housekeeping/store room) did not take into consideration there are guest staying in the room. It is very noisy as they were chit chatting loudly and working around stuff.

The rooms were very clean. The hotel is located closer to all the iconic places in Ipoh. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. We forgot one of our bags in the hotel on the day we checked out. When we were at the railway station the hotel called us and informed us. And they were even willing to ship by themselves, to where ever were going.But we decided to go back and get it. The lady kept our bag safe secured. They were very good people. I will definitely stay there again if I visit IPOH.

The room was clean and the staff is very helpful and friendly. Location was near to a lot of F&B. My kids love the room very much as they said the room is very nice in design.

Was a bit disappointed as i book a family room. The room was just painted 2 days ago. Hence, the paint smell is still there. They offer us another 2 separate room. They gave us an option which is great but we would still prefer a family room as i have young kids and elderly travelling together.

From the beginning we were welcomed very warmly by reception. The person in charge was super helpful and friendly, and made the check-in process very smooth. There was a lift which is great when travelling with children as there are many things to bring up. The room was super spacious, a rare luxury, especially great for families. The bed was big and comfortable, with ample pillows and soft sheets. A nice partition separated the bed from the desk/cupboard area, which is nice to get ready and not disturb anyone sleeping. The bathroom is very clean with all the toiletries you need. Definitely worth staying at again.

It's not a big issue, but since it's a predominantly Chinese area, halal food options are few. But the receptionist was very helpful to point out halal places to eat nearby, even giving recommendations. But since it's Ipoh, you just need to drive around to find other options. There are also marts like Family Mart to get some quick meals for snacks etc. One more small complaint was that the bed frame/leg seemed to be a bit broken, but not dangerous in any way. Just that it didn't look great.

cleanliness, friendly staff and responded to request very fast, easy check in, good price, convenience stores just nearby, a restaurant next door and kopitiam nearby.

There is no hand towel, floor mat and shower cap; I got the floor towel and shower cap upon request. But the staff responded to my request very fast.

The room is spacious and clean for a family of 5. Everything was good from lobby till the room. The area surrounded the hotel have lots of restaurant, and other shops.

The kettle in my room was not working, but the hotel does provide water filters near the lift at every floor.

The kids love it, I love it, husband love it. The place is spacious, toilet is clean, the room is clean. I have to move the table to the bedside due to the kids a very active running around. Got family mart nearby, DIY, and 7e. Good to grab snacks. Near to other attraction like Tasik Cermin.

still in the satisfactory condition if compare with the pricing, location is fit to my needs, very convenient to looks for local food

the cleanliness can improve a little bit more will help to increase the overall rating

Big room with lift. Good water pressure and water heater working well. AC working good. Ample food court room and eateries... Less than 30 minutes to city.

No free parking space. Packed parking if you reach during working hours. Bed is a bit small😂
