I had a wonderful experience using Booking.com. The staff at the property I booked were incredibly helpful and welcoming, which made my stay even more comfortable. I truly appreciate their warm hospitality and excellent service

The access road (lorong) to the hotel is quite dark at night and surrounded by abandoned shop lots, which made me feel a bit unsafe. It would be great if proper lighting could be installed along the area to improve visibility and create a more secure environment for guests.

Its very afordable and a good place to consider having a short stay. The place is neat and clean and well kept, Do keep in mind to keep our our business down and not to be very loud as loud noise can be heard across the rooms. Its not that bad thou, just need to be mindful, All in all, a cheap price for a somewhat premium feel i might add, The place looks deserted but its okay, Some of the restauraunts around the area opens at night so dont get shocked to see closed restaurants, Near to the hotel there is a tom yam shop, waritha i think. Food is not bad, Anything else u need we can get to eco or lotus nearby, All in all ive been here twice and im very happy with the place and price

Clean room and enjoy the smart TV

Cleaniness of bathroom and Toilet Bowl. Bathroom edges not clean - more and more dark spots along the corner and edges. Toilet bowl upper part beneath the rim not clean - if leave it too long not clean later it will have some bad smell and so on. This comment is for Hotel's owner to take note and maintain the room good and new.

Worth for money, great facilities. Ground floor room so no need to walk up. Tv have netflix. Water heater & aircond well function.

This hotel use disposable towel, so better bring your own. Or else can ask at reception, with extra charge ofcoz. The room is non soundproof. Can heard others screaming on midnight & morning. Crazy guest maybe 😂

Nice location, room are freezing cold love itttt. As this is my transit before go to CH via simpang pulai, everything perfect. My room also at ground floor, no need to walk up to the stairs

Water heater not function. Hotel only provide disposable towel, recommend to bring your own towel

It was located in a quiet area so my stay there was peaceful. Marts and food places were within walking distance. Staff was friendly and helpful. My request to have both units on the same floor was also met.

The room is comfortable and the toilet is clean. There is smart TV with access to YouTube and Netflix.

There is no iron and iron board in the room. Quite a hassle because we need to go to level 1 to iron our clothes. Need to wait and queue. Our room floor felt sticky and not so clean

Location is near the Simpang Pulai toll. Room is clean with all basic amenities. Bed is comfy. Ample parking site

Disposable travel towel is given. Not really absorb water especially to dry hair

Location is strategically accessible to highways and town. Very new and clean. Staff were accommodating, I made an impromptu trip to Ipoh from KL on the night itself and called to ensure they could wait for me until 1am check in. Even obliged to later check out. Will stay here again!
